Verizon — Local services in South Park Township

Dealing with this store has been a nightmare! We did not realize this was not a corporate store until I read the reviews just now! The saying 'nothing is ever free in life" is something to keep in mind when shopping at this store on Black Friday! Once you accept "free stuff" you will be billed an astronomical amount on your next bill and no one will have told you ahead of time so buyer beware here. Shopping here is worse than dealing w/ a used car salesman! Edited to add that we sent the watches back because we cannot afford to pay monthly fees we were never told about and now they are saying we owe them for full price of both watches they now have in their possession! How do you spell scam?.SCAM! We never even used the watches! They are currently reviewing our credit request! Verizon corporate needs to better monitor these 3rd party Verizon stores! Oh and the store never helped us once. We are navigating this "system" on our own! So much for customer service! We will be moving onto another carrier after this experience once our contract is up. I had a galaxy watch 4 classic. I tried to have it fixed or replaced by asurion... well, Asurion wasn't the best but my visit to Verizon made everything turn around. I came in and Trevor was working. He is very honest and explains things very clearly. I ended up paying off my old watch, then buying a newer one. I got my new watch and the protection i needed back on my watch and through this process my bill actually came down almost $10 a month.This is my 3rd visit in 2 months. I've came in twice to pay my bill because the automated system and the reps on the phone wouldn't process my payment due to me having a certain debit card. I came in the store in person and everything was handled promptly. Now it’s my fault I wasn’t using my iCloud- there’s still an old school way to transfer my photos, contacts and messages to my phone! Thankfully my contacts were saved! The gentlemen behind the desk started the hook up to download my stuff into iTunes then download that onto my new phone (literally an hour and half wait) after he finished he then realized he didn’t update my phone latest update. So now nothing can be transferred over. I didn’t have time to waste any longer (it’s been 2 hours at this point) he told me to upload my pictures to google photos- I did- all 14,000+ and none of my 2018 pictures are on there! My heart is so sad...
