If you are looking for a company to do your bathroom or kitchen, I HIGHLY recommend Kinswood Designs! I have nothing but good things to say about David King (the owner) and his crew ( Dane and Ben). I ran into a problem where I had hired a different company first to redo a bathroom for me, and they left me with a bad, incomplete job. I felt miserable and trapped with the work the previous guys did, when I contacted David King, the owner (based on a recommendation). He and his team completely turned things around! They redid everything that was bad, and did a beautiful job! The crew was professional, clean, they had everything they needed to do the work, and they never wasted time. For the first time in weeks I felt I could breathe, and I didn’t need to oversee every little detail. This crew clearly had experience and knew exactly what they were doing! They always took the time to answer any questions I had, didn’t cut corners, and went above and beyond to make sure the final project looked perfect! They even took the time to trim the top of the bathroom door so it wouldn’t catch anymore and did other things that they really didn’t have to. They had no problem with answering any questions I had and the final bill was exactly what I expected it to be. All costs were discussed ahead of time, and they were fair in their pricing. The owner came to my house frequently to inspect things, and made modifications as needed. The work had the proper inspections done, and I am very satisfied with the end result. This was our second time working with Kingswood Designs and we continue to be amazed at how they keep exceeding our expectations. I would rate them 10 stars if it were an option! From the initial design to the installation they handled our master bathroom renovation with the utmost creativity and craftsmanship. Our designer Dara walked us through each design decision and really helped us achieve the look we wanted. And our lead installer Andy is a master craftsman who attended to every little detail. It was so assuring to know that he treated our project as of it were being done in his own home. They kept to the original price quoted and there were never any unexpected changes to our contract. There is no question that should we ever need any other renovations to our home that Kingswood Designs would be our first choice. We cannot thank you enough for our beautiful new master bathroom! We just love it!

2017: We recently took advantage of Kingswood’s advertised granite remnant sale and updated three bathroom vanity countertops. Jess (their countertop expert) guided me through the process and made it extremely easy. Justin came to measure for the templates and one week later the installation. He was punctual and very neat & considerate of our home. The whole thing was completed in about two weeks. What a difference these gorgeous granite countertops have made in our bathrooms! We recently had a renovation done by Kingswood. It was extensive and included a complete kitchen remodel as well as two bathrooms. The process at Kingswood is excellent. It began when Tom and Heather came out to take measurements at my home. They were extremely thorough and intent on figuring out what we wanted the space to be. When I met with Heather, who became our designer, she had a well thought out complete plan for our renovation. We did not know what we wanted everything to look like and Heather provided us with a complete plan based on our needs and wants for the space. This was all before we had even said we wanted to go with Kingswood! We were very impressed and knew right then Kingswood was the contractor for us. It did not stop there! They were very accurate with their timing and pricing. What they quoted us on is what we paid with very little variation. There construction team was super friendly and professional. Not only did they do an excellent job, they were a pleasure to work with. As a mom, the kids and I were in the house for much of the reno. The guys were very conscientious of us and very courteous.
