I think I had about the worst hoagie/sub/etc... that i have ever had from this place - Hot Box Pizza. I used a coupon, i often wonder if that causes shops to prepare different food. Anyway, I had a buy 1 , get 1 free coupon, so i ordered a steak and Italian sub. When i picked it up , they came in a Styrofoam container which made me question the quality, but i figured i would taste it before passing judgement. After opening the container, my expectations only plummeted further - the steak hoagie contained mayo in a tube, and the "Italian" sub contained a tube of Italian dressing. As i bit into each of the subs, I only became more dis-enchanted, they were the absolute worst subs i have ever had - subway included. I don't live in the area, but I decided to give this place a try, and I'm glad I did! The store employees were super friendly and the order of wings and pizzas were ready very fast.
The wings were full of flavor -- garlic parmesian wings were savory and the the teriyaki wings were like candy they were so good.
The pizza was great. What was probably most notable was the crust -- it had a nice firm outside but soft and fresh in the inside. They put mushrooms in my order by mistake, but I just decided to remove them by hand since we live far away and I didn't feel like creating a fuss. The cheese blend is also very nice.

Do not i repeat do not order from this place. First you'll get hung up on when you ask for a manager, then when you call back to explain there was an issue with the order he tells you he's the owner in a cocky way and it isn't his problem. Like who the hell does that? Def going to be reporting him to the BBB, and just know If you order you'll find out how unhappy you'll be with missing items and customer service.
