Generally, I love this store. I love their merchandise. I love the staff, but today was very embarrassing and I left very frustrated. I’m constantly being sent surveys to complete about my experience today. I went to buy boxes of holiday cards, I had rewards that I could use, but unfortunately, there’s no Wi-Fi in the store and you’re unable to pull up the rewards off your phone. I went all the way outside to try to make it work. I got the barcode of the rewards to be utilized by then my husband had already rung up the merchandise person. I was very frustrated. I asked that the merchandise be returned and she told me she was unable to do that. I told her of course she can do that. My husband can return it. I can be a new customer and re-purchase it using the rewards. She said there’s a whole policy and she pointed to a stand that had all of these coupon. Things posted Then she finally said she would make an exception, but she had to discuss it with the manager and she told me she was the manager come on. This is not how we do customer service! At the ending resolution, I was not able to use a five dollar reward after all...

Wow, this store has so much merchandise and everything is so organized!

I had a chance to meet the District Manager and a few of the employees, everyone was super helpful and kind.

I asked if I could take photos and tried to get photos of almost everything but might have missed some items.

I didn’t know that they sold $.99 cards! That’s awesome. I ended up buying some that were $2.50, which is a good deal.

They have so many gift items! To name a few, graduation themed gifts, Virginia souvenirs, stuffed animals, Ganz items, Star Wars themed gifts, “the office” gifts, baby gifts, Beanie Babies and lots of holiday ornaments.
