Iām giving this store five stars not because of the location itselfābut because of what one person has built inside of it.
Cecilia has worked here for 3 years and has done a truly extraordinary job. She began as a food prep team member and, through sheer dedication, discipline, and unmatched work ethic, she rose to store managerānot by chance, but because she earned it every single day.
What makes her story even more impressive is the challenge she faces daily: Cecilia has to manage an entire team of teenagersāmost of whom are working their very first job. Thatās not easy for any manager, yet Cecilia has managed to build something powerful: a bond with her team, discipline in the process, and results in the numbers.
Under her leadership, the store runs with efficient processes, productive timing, and a work environment that gets things doneāall of which directly translate into higher sales and smoother operations.
Beyond being a leader, Cecilia is also an internationally trained food and pastry chef, and itās sad that sometimes this level of experience is overlooked by upper management. But her work speaks for itself.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI honestly donāt know what all these negative reviews are about, Iāve been coming here at least once a week for a year and have had no incidences to make me want to take my wrath out because my smoothie wasnāt blended (really thatās one star? ...ask them to blend it more) or didnāt check my order and didnāt get the āsideā (ANY food order you ALWAYS check due to human err) or just bad customer service? I mean sure people have bad days but having been here 52+ times and not walking away angry Iād say I was pretty lucky. I usually get the same two things but the staff actually has provided a few suggestive twists on things that Iāve actually taken so again maybe I was just lucky and got the nice person who was having a good day and not being berated for a smoothie that tasted slightly off ... food for thought - if you donāt like people then order online with the app (if you donāt have a smartphone welcome to this century, itās the same as callin in an order but you donāt have to deal with ppl...a total plus for some of these...

However, on the weekends when my husband and I go our order is almost always wrong, the smoothies are chunky and not well blended, and the staff act like they are being inconvenienced when they are asked to remake/reblend a chunky smoothie. Today (Sunday) was the last straw for me because I went to pick up my order which I had made online and the employee tried to hand me HALF A SMOOTHIE. When I expressed my diasatisfaction, he blamed another employee before asking me if I wanted him to remake it. That is just bad customer service. I've worked in the food service industry, and the one thing you DON'T DO is mess with people's food. If you know it's wrong, fix it instead of making the customer ask you to fix it. Give me what I paid for. Again, the staff during the week is amazing, but the weekend staff seem to be careless and...
