My Son and I went to Subway around 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 7th and the place was empty, but the 3 employees behind the counter were making subs. We waited to place our order and no one looked up, said hello, or even acknowledged that we were in store. After waiting 6 minutes, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, I told the guy behind the counter (the 2 women had walked by us and went into the back) that we were leaving because of how long we waited and not being acknowledge. His response was āweāre busy.ā He didnāt apologize, or even look at me when he spoke to me for that matter. I left and went to another Subway where we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. I will never go back to the Subway in South Riding. Busy or not, at least acknowledge that you have customers waiting. Just be careful not to wear a good shirt as you tend to forget about everything else except getting that hot saucy sub in your stomach as fast as possible. This sub will dull lifeās pain for at least several hours and replace it with the pain of eating too fast. Hurts so good. I genuinely enjoyed this location and the sub....
