My first exposure to Iceworks was 10+ years ago, watching them build a very large outdoor piece at the Sundance Film Festival. It wasn't until a few years later that I learned that they also do smaller scale pieces that are VERY affordable and add that little extra something to personal events like weddings or even cocktail parties. Moreover, Ed and his staff are super friendly, very professional, always prompt, pay close attention to details, and are great at brainstorming ideas if you're not exactly sure what you want. I cannot say enough good about this place. They were easy to reach and once we talked on the phone Ed was very responsive via email, it made everything so easy and when we sent them a picture of what we wanted it looked even better than the picture. Ed was amazing and very friendly. The ice sculpture was delivered exactly on time and it was the centerpiece of my daughters wedding. We took students on a field trip to ice works. There was 4 instructors and around 30+ students. Not only did Ed stay late to accomodate use but he was very informative about all the processes of making the ice all the way to the end of sculpting . This was one of the best tours I have been on personally because you could tell how knowedgeable and passionate Ed is about his work. I highly recommend using Iceworks for your next ice sculpture. Very impressed....
