J Nails & Spa — Local services in South Sioux City

Got a fill and they tried to charge 3 dollars to trim down the nails. I had to remove the polish myself. I still had yellow polish underneath the fill. The chipped right away. The lady doing my nails had no customer service. I tried calling and was ignored. I will never go back again. Please beware and save yourself time and money. Actually I have when I visited on my Google maps and my Facebook messages ss and I can pull it up on my card. As far as professional I disagree. These nails are by far the most unprofessional work I have ever seen.I reached out by calling and messaging on Facebook. As far as having wealthy clients well good for you. Maybe treat all of your guest the same by not calling them liars! As I mentioned before the stylist did not remove the polish I did myself at the salon. She didn't even attempt to remove it. I wonder why you treat some customers better than others???? But looking at your original review tells me all I need to know. Also why would I pay for an added on service if the service I was already receiving was trash?! Which I tried to tell the stylist. absolutely horrible customer service. I walked there since I live close and when I walked in and they told me 40 min wait time and so I should go to there other location since she said it wasn’t busy which Is about .75 mile away. So I walked there and when I got there it was closed and then I walked all the way back to the first one and when I got there she’s like “oh they were closed?” And I said yes and she told me to just sit down and wait yet another 30 minutes. It took me around 30 minutes to walk there and back and originally she had told me a 40 minute wait and when I walked back she said yet another 30 minute wait. At around 20 minutes this lady walked in and she asked for a mani and pedi and they told her to sit in the pedi chairs and they attended her right away so I walked out. I called my dad to pick me up and then the lady came out and offered me a water and told me just a little bit longer. I just walked home bc I was upset. I waited over an hour just for someone else to come in and get attended before me. Horrible service and will never go...

Went in to get a full set with dip and a lux pedi. There were two workers and a couple they were working on. Didn’t think it would take long and was just told to sit in any pedi chair. I waited for an entire hour. I didn’t get any colors to look at, no water to let my feet soak while waiting, not a single word was said to me about the wait, no one seemed to even care that I was waiting. I ended up walking out. This was the store number “2”. I found that out because when I left I went to store “1” I had a gift certificate and when I went to pay I was told I couldn’t use it because it was store “2”. They rushed my pedi. Burnt the hell out of my feet with the wax. I said it was too hot so please wait for the other foot. She didn’t understand me and still put my other foot in the boiling hot wax.
