Rarely have the parts I need and today when I was there, they did have the part I need for a furnace, but told me they’re holding it for somebody and if I come back the next day, I could have it that doesn’t really help a person when a family does not have heat I will not be going back there for...

If I can give it 10 starts I will. I will definitely come back here. Some business try just to make you buy even if you don’t need it. HEP was able to test a part for me and advice not to replace it, recommended a few people to do the repair. Thank you guys for doing business the way...
