There are a few excellent workers. I mean excellent retail service people. However their management since it has opened, up to today maintains a posture of focus on an concept of customer anxiety combatting their ambitions as upper management in CVS. This leaves it clear they are most interested in customer experience neglect. I live across the street since this location has opened. The bear minimum and being sure you are 'taken care of' turns into seeming my place as a patron is a burden to the type of person that had decided to invest themselves in a CVS career. Quite the juxtaposition. The other day the had no milk one of the few items that brings me in there. I asked the spectacled manager up front with a fellow salesperson(whom was quality). The manager's answer was simply, "No". End of conversation. "Okay, are you expecting delivery?", to which he then surrendered he had just ordered and it would be in tomorrow. It might not seem like a big deal, but it is this guys ONLY job. And all he seems most interested and focused on accomplishing is dismissing issues and providing the bear minimum on this pretext. I.e.-doesnt understand the basics of a truly simple position in the CVS chain. Ridiculous experience. I wouldnt take the time to write this if I hadn't observed this past a certain extent, as it is clear this method is deftly transferred to the other 'ambitious' asst. managers in line. They act like it is you vs. them, and they are having a public internal battle between being in charge as a posture and providing service. Which equates to little to no service provided as the baseline guarantee. I want to note all females I have seen there, managment or not have been EXCELLENT and I mean this, except for the disabled woman who is quite rude and focused on customer anxiety to develop to project her own...
Read moreMay 9, 2023- Pharmacist Alicia Edsall should be fired. She is very incompetent, rude and obnoxious. My friend went in to pick up my son’s prescription and she had the name and date of birth. The prescription given was for a different patient. I went back into the pharmacy and told Alicia that she was given the wrong prescription. Alicia rolled her eyes, yelled at me stating, “She didn’t have the name and date of birth. We were trying to help.” First, how is this help when a PHARMACIST gives the wrong prescription with the wrong name to a different person and claims it was “help”. Alicia was very rude, kept repeating that my friend didn’t know the name and date of birth. So she found it “help” to give a prescription with the name Oya Osborn to me instead. Alicia has been a pharmacist for 6 years at this location, yet, she apparently does not know customer service, patient checks to ensure right patient and DOB. She is incompetent and must be terminated. CVS Corporate has...
Read moreLast month I spent eight days trying to track down my medication prescription through their automated phone system in which it kept telling me that doctor never sent it in. Finally on the 8th I found out it was filled out since the first, in this was for a pain medication for painful back injury now this month I want to fill it up on the first that way I've got a couple days extra in case I run into problems in the future, but I was told since I did not bother to pick it up until the 8th they cannot fill it until the 8th. I was told if I don't like the way their system runs shop somewhere else , when I asked to talk to the store manager I was laughed at by the employees at the front. I was laughed at for saying I was going to...
