Very dissatisfied. This is a KFC location as well which I what I ordered. But of course the same people prepare your food. It was disappointing. We waited for 20+ min just for 2 meals (my friend and I). People in front of us, and behind us we're waiting after they ordered as well. I know how fast food works, and it is challenging when youre working with people who are lazy. It puts a damper on the whole process. But the girl at the counter must have been knew, she couldn't help fill orders, just take them. The mountain dew was out of syrup. They changed it and she stood behind the counter and told the customers waiting for mountain dew to just press and hold the lever to prime the syrup. She never came out to do it. It still wasn't working and all she said was "you need to let it run longer". Mind you, all the orders were placed, her job was done. She should have come out into the lobby where the machine is to prime the soda. We aren't paid to make the machines work. We pay for the soda. I would never have expected a customer to do that for themselves. How many of them understand how a soda fountain works?! Yes you're knew, but she knew the problem. When our food was finally done, the guy asked me what sauces I wanted and he gave me 3 ranches (more than enough, thank you) but the one was opened and the ranch was all over the foil on the top and it was gelatinous and translucent. Read moreOne star is generous. My family and I have a silly tradition of picking a fast food location and splerging for new years eve. We went to order online but the Sayre one did not pop up ( so we walked in) .I politely asked if there was something I was doing wrong since their location wasn’t showing up. The guy looked at me strangely and just said “ummm” then another person came over and said “yeah we don’t do that”. I said ok , I’ll just place our order now, would it be easier for me to just show you the order I made on my phone or would it be easier to verbally say it . Again I got a crazy look and the man said “umm I can’t do that” my husband then said “she didn’t place the order yet, we just wanted to place an order now” .the man then took our order. We got our food and left . When I opened the bag we started round two of issues . My husband had no sauce for his nuggets, his fries were so burnt they were rock hard and got thrown out, the nacho sauce for the fries was upside down and all over the box , i asked to add potatoes to my burrito (which was more money) and they were not added . I asked for no chicken in my chicken flatbread ( I know thats odd,I admit it) .i got the tiniest swipe of cheese sauce and no shredded cheese (like it would normally have ) . Other stores in the area have cheaper prices, another money grab. Prices are higher than the tv commercials prices, another money grab. Incorrect build sheets for the employees, so they are constantly having to remake food. Out of the 12 people “working”, 1 was warming her hands over the press, 2 were doing nothing, cashier did nothing other than yawning in my face as I came up to order. 3 of the chicken side employees were goofing off. And damn could you get the gravy container a bigger ladle so it doesn’t take 15 scoops to make a small container of gravy? You see A LOT when you have to go back TWICE for an incorrect order.
