Update 11/24: Studio 44 has moved to South Windsor now. And we will continue to go there for our family. :) It has been over 10 years since we have been coming to Michele for our family’s hair care.

What you get is someone who knows hair! She will take the time to explain what you need to do to take care of your hair. She will give you the best hair cut. She will listen and give you honest advice. My kids love her and trust her to guide them through the latest fad and whether it will work for them or not. They love seeing her for their haircuts and appreciate her listening ear.

Michele is a wonderful business owner- treats her employees and customers with respect. She is kind and caring. She is involved with the community and gives so much back.

Becky who handles scheduling is on TOP of things! Between Michele and her they do their best to ensure that your special event’s hair needs are cared for! :)

You cannot go wrong with Michele and her team. You will never need to go anywhere else. And yes Michele can help you fix that bad haircut you may have gotten elsewhere. We know because we have needed her help to fix bad haircuts when we moved. :) Now, I just drive the hour to see Michele for all our family’s needs and we don’t need to worry!

I work close to this salon and read online reviews which were pretty good ( which now I believe aren't legit) anyways I went there for my hair cut. I was very clear about how I want my haircut just to make sure I shower the hairdresser the picture of the haircut, how I wanted to get my hair cut. But the guy didn't stop and kept on cutting my hair I tried to stop him but I don't know what was he thinking he literally chopped off all my hair. And then comes blow-dry that was even worst. My hair looks complete mess 😭 It doesn't look like I got it done by a professional rather it looks like some 5 year old was cutting my hair . I have used the services of Michele since 2003 long before her current endeavor which is Studio44 Family Haircare. I now travel over 50 miles from my present home along the Connecticut shore line, a trip that takes no less than an hour to arrive.
