What makes someone think throwing a quarter head of lettuce on a sandwich is a good idea? Or a few of the worst looking tomato slices I've ever seen. Or tucking a pickle under the hot fries? That were soggy and with no seasoning. I've continued to try to give you the benefit of the doubt, and been ordering occasionally for over a year, but the fish sandwich I had today was so absolutely terrible I won't complain. I'll just stop trying to give you another chance. I couldnt even get halfway through the sandwich, because it was absolutely pathetic. I've never been so mad at food in my life. The fries are bad. At least they remembered the meal came with a pickle this time. Disgusted with the experience today. Don't deserve another chance. McDonald's would've been cheaper and better.

Edit to add: gave you another chance, and I honestly can't help but think whoever works there hates working there. Chunks of onion, because nobody finished slicing all the way through. And even if prep sucked, nobody cared enough to not throw what looked like a quarter red onion in a sandwich? Oh, and the pizzas are overcooked and suck. Nobody cares there any more, and it shows.

Terrible EXPERIENCE INCREDIBLY RUDE OWNER. Stopped in for dinner with my adult son. Got there shortly after 8 pm on a Monday evening. Place was mostly empty. Ordered our meals which came out quickly. Food was good but not great. Waitress was attentive and very polite and efficient. At the end of our meal my son, who has a disability, inquired about their dessert menu. We were informed by the waitress that although they indeed had desserts he couldn't " have any because they have already cleaned the kitchen". Closing Time, while near, was not yet reached. We said fine and requested the check. It arrived. We paid. My son and I were finishing our drinks when the owner approached the table a few minutes later. I assumed he was going to inquire about our dinning experience so I started to say that it was our first time there and....but nope ..he grabbed the check billfold saying " I need this so we can close out the register". Sure. Except we had already paid. Message received and understood...LEAVE. ( 9:01pm). So we did. Permanently. We shall never dine there again. There are many more restaurants in the area who aren't rude. I will gladly do...

I had heard this place was good. I decided to try it for lunch. The food was pretty good and the portions were large but unfortunately there were some pretty inexcusable problems with my order. My cheeseburger came with the little ketchup packets imbedded in the cheese. Not only was this unsanitary but when i took the packet off my burger it pulled most of the cheese off with it (probably a good thing at this point). I also got a cobb salad and the avocado was rotten. The avocado was sliced so the cook must have noticed that the avocado was bad yet still used it for my salad. Definitely unacceptable!! This food was pricey too and I expected much better for the prices they charge. I called and the employee did offer to make a new order but I did not have the time to go back and deal with that. The food was good otherwise and I may give another try at some point but again, This was pretty disappointing. Maybe next time leave separate condiments in the bag rather than placing in with peoples food. Also don't try to pass off your spoiled items to your...
