For most of my life I've stayed away from jewelry stores and bought my jewelry online. To me, they always seemed like car dealerships where they pressure you into buying something you don't need. Well finally in my life I found the love of my life and needed to purchase an engagement ring. I found myself walking into Hannoush Jewelers one day, and I was met by a comforting staff. They were interested in me as a person and not just to sell me an engagement ring. Hannoush Jewelers wanted to sell me something special. After they helped me design a custom ring and gave me a price I decided to look around to see where I could get the best price. It was the third place that I told them what I was getting for what price and they said "Yeah buddy" that I decided to go right to Hannoush after that. When I went back, they were excited to see me, but still didn't pressure me into buying a ring. I told them I wanted to pull the trigger and they were fantastic on the process. I received updates almost every three days on what was happening, and when I picked up the ring they educated me on diamonds and the types of cuts. We went to Hannoush after visiting several other jewelry stores in the area, in search of wedding bands. My now-husband was easy, he wanted a standard black metal band. Mine was a bit more complicated, as parts of my engagement ring (from elsewhere) were custom. At the other stores we visited, I was pushed to choose a ring that just “kind of fit.” I’m so glad I resisted saying yes. At Hannoush, we worked with Sammy, who let me try on several rings that were similar to what I wanted, and assured me that Hannoush could make me a custom ring that would match my engagement ring perfectly. At no point did I feel pressured. We actually left that evening and went back and ordered it the next day. The price for my custom ring was very reasonable and not at all what I expected (in a good way). They worked fast and efficiently, acknowledging how anxious I was without my engagement ring, since they needed to match it to the band and resize it. Sammy kept in touch as progress was being made. We are so pleased with Hannoush, and really enjoyed working with Sammy....
