Mount Desert Spring Water — Local services in Southwest Harbor

After moving to another close-by town and cancelling service, they picked up the 5 gallon bottles at our new address but we never received our bottle deposits (we had many jugs with a family of 5). Had to contact 3x after and each time Dawn apologized profusely and acknowledged and promised we would be reimbursed; always pleasant conversations. We never received the deposit back as of 8 months later since picking up the bottles. After the last actual contact, we cannot reach anyone. Phone and website messages have not been returned; have contacted 5+ times and they have gone silent.
