We stayed nearby for a few days to do some hiking. The Quietside Cafe quickly became a part of our daily routine by offering consistently delicious food, extremely friendly and personable service, and a homey and welcoming environment. We loved it so much we came back for breakfast and lunch three days in a row. Everything is homemade with exceptional care and attention to flavors. Every employee from the wait staff to the owners are incredible people. This establishment has definitely left its mark on these three New Yorkers and we can't wait to come back! Wishing you a lifetime of success and prosperity! Keep up the great work!

We spent a week in Maine near Quiet Side Cafe and I’m disappointed we didn’t eat here until the end of our stay or we would’ve visited several times. It was a welcome change from the more crowded touristy places to eat. The waitresses (and owner) were very friendly and the food was good. Also, out of all dining out we did this place was the most reasonably priced and the portion sizes were perfect. So now the important part: The pie here is INCREDIBLE. Try the Blueberry. Try the Apple. TRY ALL OF THE PIE! Try the ice cream too. If we’re ever in the area again this will be our go to place to eat.

ICE CREAM WALK UP WINDOW!!!! Open off season. Super pizza with nice chewy crust and LOTS of cheese. Excellent ice cream selection. A SWH classic for decades now. Had breakfast several times there too. Never disappoints!! Kind and warm staff, too. While not technically “wheelchair friendly” there is only a little bump in the threshold to roll right in. 😁 Please see menu pics I posted.

Absolutely awful food. $15 for a cheeseburger WITH NOTHING ON IT. The coffee was a sad excuse for watered down, cheap, flavorless stuff in the cup. The burger bus was like a McDonald's burger bun, the meat was good. That's all I can say. Sloppy, greasy fries, tasteless and over salted. Big positive for this place: the service was excellent. They did their best and accomodate my requests. The service staff needs a raise and a chance to serve decent food. I don't know what makes you think $15 for something that I would never expect to pay more than ¢5 for is reasonable but many other BETTER restaurants charge far less for far better. 0/10 would not recommend the...

We were looking to find a place that had seafood pizza and saw the review from another person who raved about it so we figured we would give it a try. We have eaten here for breakfast and have stopped in for ice cream the past three years but never realized they had seafood pizza. It was amazing. We were stunned because in general we are very particular about pizza. We would highly recommend their seafood pizza. We had the shrimp pizza. The crust was outstanding and there was a very generous amount of shrimp. The seasoning was delicious and it was not greasy. We are thrilled to have discovered their awesome pizza. We will definitely be back next year on our...
