The office staff and assistants are lacking in friendliness and patience. I tried several times to access the online forms so I stopped by the office several days before my appointment. The lady that was greeting me was having computer issues and was obviously frustrated but I shouldn’t be the one she takes it out on. She told me to try again, she wouldn’t wait to show her what was happening on my phone and another lady came running over thinking she knew what problem I was having and I needed to have 2 devices to do it. It wasn’t exactly the problem I was having but I did have to access a computer in order to fill out the forms even though I had opened up this sight from my phone when I was thinking of changing my appointment time back in April with no issues. Then she told me I would have to get there 30 minutes before my appointment and she knew the forms were all messed up.
I checked in 20 minutes early and wasn’t called back until 30 minutes after my appointment. Once I was called back to get my room the lady said she was new and her iPad wasn’t working but the other lady would come in to get my info. The other lady walked in with the Dr and didn’t know what I was there for. So the Dr left while she asked me general info and asked for my current meds. I had just started a new med so I had to look it up on MyChart. She seemed annoyed the internet wasn’t working well and I couldn’t pull it up quickly. Zane said if I had AT&T it would be slow. Remember, I was well over 45 minutes of my appointment time at this appointment. She gave me the gown before she left the room. Once the dr came back I had the opening in the front by mistake and she slowly repeated loudly, “opening in the back.” Sorry, my mistake…She never smiled and doesn’t seem to enjoy her job or was hoping the day was almost over. The dr checking my skin for my annual check up was very nice and friendly (Stadler - spelling???). That’s the only thing that made the visit pleasant. Customer service is...
Read moreThis is the worst experience I have ever had. I had an appointment at 2:40 and got there around 230, I typed in the name and clicked for directions. They did not state in the check in email there was like 6 different locations. I went to the wrong location but the front desk lady was very helpful and super nice! She called the sparks location for me and they said if you could make it here by 3 they will see you so I raced on over to sparks from Moana and made it there just in time. I go up to the front desk and told the lady I was there for an appointment and explained the situation and before even checking she tells me my appointment is canceled because I did not fill out the online check in, which was not working on my end and wouldn’t let me login but they had told me over the phone be there before 3 and we will get you in. So I asked why was I not informed before driving 30 and being told be there before 3 and she will take you? And these two front desk people started arguing with me and saying well I was on the phone with her and she told you about the check in and all this when she had not mentioned if it was not complete they wouldn’t take the appointment (hence why she said be there before 3 and we will take you) she argued with me like a school girl until I just walked out because it was so incredibly unprofessional and rude....
Read moreHonestly the staff interactions are pretty great. Everyone is friendly and helpful and wants to see you happy. I have no problems with them when I’m in office and everything is clean and professional. My biggest problem is that over the last 5 months of receiving accutane through the sparks location, not once have they sent my prescription through the first time around. I have had to call them (which is incredibly difficult to get through) every month to remind them to send my script or enter the correct information into ipledge. I’ve had to leave work over this and almost had to restart my accutane trial multiple times and I’m beginning to get increasingly frustrated. My most recent appointment was Wednesday 24th of August and it is now Sunday the 28th and I have called and left messages many times. No call back. And still no prescription. I understand the world is short staffed right now but I think it’s unacceptable to have to miss work and remind them to do their job 5 months in row. Thankful I have one month left and will not have to deal with this anymore. But be cautious if you’re looking to do the same thing. The process has been 10x more difficult...
