The individuals operating this establishment are horrible people and take pride making someone down on their luck looking to sell a family heirloom from 1917 feel as low as possible for needing to do so and will with a smile on their face offer well below what the item is worth knowingly trying to come up on someone else's bad time in life. He agreed to fix them. While I was waiting, he continued to eat all over and around the jewelry, equipment etc. Did not wear gloves. When my repairs were finished I had my husband pick them up. I opened the box, both bracelets were knoted so badly and tarnish looking, had not been cleaned, and a smell all over them. I just cried with disappointment!.
