They are rude. We couldnt afford the $25 last week for our laptop so we asked them to take it back until my husband got paid today... Well they called me 3 times at work because we havent had time to come in. I called the lady martha back and she was extremely rude about my not being able to pay because my husband is at work.... We both were not planning on working a double today... He gets paid in cash so over the phone option is out of the question... Also we always pay Saturdays. Anyways i just got a phone call from my mom and step father about them showing up at 9 pm tonight banging on the door repeatedly until my step father who works third shift got up and answered and the guy was asking who he was and what was going on with the payments... They are extremely rude. I will be sending the laptop back as of tomorrow morning when my husband gets out of work.... This is not the only problem i have had with them. We would pay them on fridays and by tuesday or wednesday they would be calling us telling us we were late on our payments... I dont see how that is professional at all... They ended up taking our tv in november due to my husband being out of work. Well the next week when we payed them to get it back they tried giving us another tv KNEW about it yet said nothing until i called... Mind u our tv was brand new out of the box and they gave us a used dirty tv. Our first tv it took them 5 trips to bring the correct remote.. Our playstation 4 they gave us a busted controller and proceeded to take 5 days to even bring us a working controller... Im honestly sick of being harrassed by these people and will be switching to a new...

Told the store manager Marcus I would come into the store… found a furniture set that I liked and did the paperwork in store. Gave the paystubs and info they needed. Manager told me everything was approved & the only thing I needed to do was make sure I’m present for delivery. Called store multiple times to make sure everything was still set for delivery & I was given the run around from Eva & other reps in the store... which they were very rude. Store manager never called back on the days that I called which was told to me that he would give me a call back.. only to call on the day of delivery just for them to tell me that a red flag came back saying that I rented before and did not pay. Informed corporate & local store that I have never rented any kind of furniture from any furniture store. Only to find out that they put the wrong phone number down for me on the application and it came up a different name & agreement number of someone who HAS rented from them & hasn’t paid so they denied my application. Called store & corporate to see if they could do anything.. only for them to say I have to wait 1 month to reapply because of their mess up.. after my family and I has gotten rid of our old furniture expecting to get a new one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE OR COMPANY AT THAT. They will give you the runaround & they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.. even if it’s something their sales reps have messed up on. On the date the website says my delivery date was set for I was told that date wasn’t guaranteed and that I would have to wait an additional week to receive my order because they were booked. I was still expected to pay the full amount due even though it would be close to two weeks since the order was placed before I got the items. I was then told I should’ve came in store to place the order even though online ordering is an option. I ended up cancelling my order because I wasted time and money waiting on my order even missed a few hours of work. I was never notified of any mix ups and if I wouldn’t have called the store I would’ve never known that I wouldn’t be getting my items. I requested cancellation which has not happen yet and was told It would be 3-5 business days before I was refunded.
