I placed an online order to be picked up around 11:30 pm on October 3. When I got there, I was told that I couldn’t get my quesadilla that I ordered. I wasn’t given any reason as to why I couldn’t get a quesadilla. They said I could replace my quesadilla with tacos or burritos but I asked if i could get a bell grande nachos instead. Note that the Bell grande is 3.89 and the quesadilla is 3.99, but they claimed that the bell grande is more expensive then the quesadilla so they couldn’t do that. Then we asked if we could get a refund for the quesadilla, and the manager who was talking to us the whole time kept wanting to argue. Someone else who was a guy then came and complained along with the manager and they were both yelling at me to call taco bell if i want a refund. I just wanted my food and a refund for the quesadilla, but then I just decided to replace the quesadilla with tacos. Then they wanted to charge me for the tacos when they said they will replace my quesadilla with the tacos. I spent 15 minutes trying to get my food and instead I get yelled at over a quesadilla!!! Read moreWell we ordered and had to wait about 5 minutes to attempt to pay for the food since we were paying with cash. You have understand that people still use cash and either you need someone at the register to take payment or your machine needs to take cash. After we placed our order, more people came into the restaurant to order because it is a restaurant. One of the employees said, "did everyone order Taco Bell tonight?". Oh, I am so sorry because I thought since this was a restaurant people had a right to eat here but I guess we were messing up any plans this employee had not to be at work that day. I attempted to use the restroom before we left since we had an hour drive home but both the Womens and Mens bathroom was locked. I asked this same employee if there was a key to the bathroom and he said, "the manager is in there and will be out in a minute". So the manager was in both bathrooms at the same time and had them both locked. Shocker.....the manager never came out of the bathroom the entire time we waited for our food. Read moreI went to the drive-through to order. It took several minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered the #2 meal, which on the menu was 3 soft taco supremes and a drink and i also ordered 2 cheese quesadias. When I checked my order, the tacos were crunchy. I went inside and finally got someone's attention. The girl at the drive-through looked at me and said " Oh god, I can't deal with this." and walked away. Another employee came and I told him the problem. They took forever to give me the right order. If a person reads a menu and places the order by the number on the menu, they should get what the menu states. If the order was wrong, the customer shouldn't have to put up with rudeness from the employees. Not one employee, including the manager, offered an apology. They treated me as if I was wrong. The boy handed me the food without saying a word. When I got home, the rest of the food was cold. The quesadias had very little cheese in them and slightly burnt. Very bad...
