February: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There are other tinting companies that will do a better job and care about your vehicle. I brought my brand new 2020 had only 2 days to them for tint and to add remote start. Cost me over $500. I understand accidents happen but I don’t understand the lack of communication and the time it’s taking to fix the damages they caused to my new car! Basically the guy must of had some sharp tool in his hand when he went under my dash and held onto my steering wheel puncturing a small hole in the airbag/horn cover. Now I have to see this eye sore everyday and they still haven’t cared to reach out to me and try to fix it after more than 2 months! Only good thing they have going for them at this point is John the manager who is super sweet and try’s his best, and has good customer service only he can’t do anything about this issue he’s done his job by passing it to the owner to do insurance claim! I don’t want a repair I want a new one bc the car is new!! I’m so upset with this company! I need my tint redone too and I’m so scared to leave my car with them :( oh and I had to take my car back to the dealership for them to fix the panel that kept popping off!
October edit: ha what a joke! Still haven’t got my brand new car fixed! Said they would finally get insurance claim and still nothing. Ugh!
December edit: finally they had me get 3 quotes for repair.
May edit: still a joke! my car isn’t fixed. Frank Rogers called one body shop and asked about getting it fixed back in maybe February 2 months or so after I got the quotes and had to keep calling him. Here it is nearly may 2021 a year after the damage they caused and still my brand new 2020 not fixed. I have now filed with the courts, But having to go through all of this a year later is ridiculous! I texted him the other day and he plays like “oh you still haven’t got that fixed” Um no you haven’t contacted me! I called the body shop and they said they haven’t heard back since he called months ago and that it had to be paid upfront. Frank has still yet to contact me. Anyways I know some will have no issues but if you get damages done be aware! They won’t fix it, you need to keep on them and finally sue them.    Read moreI called yesterday to get some help with a radio I had installed on my own. I figured I'd ask a professional for some assistance with a problem I was having. Instead of them being honest with me and saying that it wasn't worth their time or that they didn't diy help, they proceeded to try to scare me and told me to abandon the project completely and that they could not help me at all because "I screwed it up" is what he said. I think this is completely unprofessional. I didn't tell the guy the make the model or anything and he had already told me that I was lucky that my computer didn't freeze up in my car. I told him it was an older car, a 2007, and that the radio was a simple radio that I just needed to find out how to find the power, the ground, and the ignition cables. He continued to tell me that if I proceeded my entire car would be useless, the computer would be ruined. If they would have told me that they just didn't deal with outside installations I would have understood and moved on. However the guy who got on the phone with me made it sound like I was going to screw up my entire car and proceeded to tell me that he couldn't help me and I should just abandon the project. I searched on YouTube and found a 15 minute video that answered all my questions. All I needed was a wire tester and now my stereo is in my car and running beautifully.    Read moreOrdered a Tesla style android radio and brought it to them December 9, 2024. They said it would be around $400-$600. They kept my car for nearly a week because they couldn’t figure out how to hook it up. They couldn’t get it to work and wired it wrong (they didn’t know how to begin with) so I just told them to put my stock radio back in they charged another $400 to do that. Then told us to order the Rhino tesla style radio and that they were more equipped because they knew how to install that one. Right? WRONG. They installed it and it took about 3 weeks- 1 month total for them, maybe longer. I remember them telling me that my car would be ready on Monday morning I got dropped off there and they charged me $165. I still until this very day don’t know why they charged me the $165. Mind you we had already paid them $2200 for everything. After installation NONE OF MY BACKUP CAMERAS NOR MY BIRDS EYE VIEW CAMERA WORKED. THE TVS IN MY back seats DIDNT WORK. THE AIR CONTROLS DIDNT WORK. The temperature controls DIDNT WORK. It was also stuck on Celsius. Don’t go to them!
