Joe, Paul, and the team of installers were awesome. I gathered up parts as they were available due to supply chain issues and was contemplating a self-install, but figured I would just leave it up to them. I brought them all the parts (they were very specific parts, because 911s have odd sizing/combinations of speakers and weird fitments once you start wanting higher end parts, it was easier to source from a 911-specific audio shop in California than buy a bunch of sets of speakers, cobble them together and try to sell off the leftovers) and asked them to install it all. They also mentioned they would have no problem installing products bought elsewhere; the price was the same. That in itself is a huge plus not getting attitude because I purchased elsewhere is a HUGE deal to me as in this day of supply chain issues, we're all just trying to get the product period, let alone at a reasonable price.

While the parts I brought them were "plug-and'play", they still needed to bypass the factory Bose Optical system and run wires from the amp to all the speakers. They also optimized the crossover settings better than what that audio shop in California recommended to set it at. Another HUGE plus in my eyes as they also demonstrated what that shop recommended versus their settings and it sound MUCH better.

Everything was installed beautifully. You know you pick the right shop when there's a line of happy customers filling up the parking lot with everything from a boat, to motorcycles, vans, trucks, and cars. First off, let’s start by saying I’m only giving 5 stars because I can’t give 6. I made my appointment about a month ago and was expecting for my truck to be there at least a week. (I was getting a custom center console made) They called a couple days early to drop my truck off because they had a cancellation. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday and they had my truck back to me Friday morning. They put 15 hours of work into my center console alone! They stayed in touch with me every step of the way to make sure it was a true partnership of ideas. The craftsmanship speaks to the freedom I gave them and they did not disappoint. On top of all of that I went to pick the truck up at about 5:30 on a Friday afternoon and I ended up having some car troubles in the parking lot. I was there till almost 7:00 o’clock working on fixing my truck. They offered tools, to hold a light, and even their own knowledge to help me get it fixed. After I had exhausted all of my options for the night, and had decided to leave it in the parking lot, they also offered me the ability to park my truck in the back of the shop where it is fenced to make sure nothing happened to it. I have a 2021 Tundra TRD PRO. I purchased in Nov 2024 an Alpine Halo ILXF511 head unit at BestBuy and had the Geek Squad install just the head unit with the Maestro and SiriusXM Intergrations into my truck using the factory ungraded JBL system. The Geek Squad completely messed it up. Took the truck back to Geek Squad a second time for them to resolve and just crap. I had to get a real audio installer, so I looked around and found Elite Audio in Spartanburg. I live in Anderson, so it was a bit of a drive and a gamble. I must say it was worth the drive and investment. They reinstalled my new head unit and fixed all the bad wiring, programmed everything correctly and I had them do a complete upgrade of the speakers, added an amp and a custom sub-woofer box with 2 10" woofers as well as sound dead mat. I used all the Memphis Audio equipment. They were amazing to deal with and the results are just what I was looking for. This system is the complete audio sound, and it hits hard.
