I've recently had the great pleasure of acquiring a refrigerator unit from the 'Spartanburg Appliance Center' and not only do I feel like I got a good deal on a great unit (compared to prices at Lowe's and Home Depot), but the price I paid also included delivery and hook up. The gentleman who delivered the unit wasn't only quick and polite, but he helped troubleshoot when the water wasn't coming out of the water dispenser. He used his knowledge and skills to figure out the problem (wasn't the fridge it was line was turned off and was hidden behind the dishwasher). He did all that while dealing with a sore back. I've dealt with good service before but this was the BEST good service I've ever had. He did his job and more. That was just the delivery part! Instore I felt comfortable with the floor sales guy too. As soon as I walked in he asked what I was looking for and we gave specific features of what we wanted while indicating we didn't want to pay a lot. He showed us a couple models that albeit a little pricey for me, but he also showed us a lower priced model of the same brand that still met our needs with the like-new experience! 1 year ago I purchased Maytag washer and and dryer from Bruce )the owner). He was really friendly and we just talked for over an hour with him and his lovely wife and young child. They brought them to me house and hooked them up and took the old one off. 2 months ago the was would not spin dry the clothes. Stayed soaked. Called Maytag and the sent 2 repair guys to fix it. The one from Appliance Brothers ,he didn’t have a clue. So they sent pinpoint Appliances and they replaced parts be it still didn’t spin dry my clothes. I called Bruce at Spartanburg Appliances and he came and picked it up and he bro it back with a brand new one. I HIGHLY Recommend doing business here.
