Update: I greatly would appreciate the refund for the large house special fried rice minus the $5 that was already given to me. And I've tried to call you but again I've been faced with the rude employees again that refuse to understand that I no longer want to talk to them but only you. They would not give me a time frame to call you and demanded my info so a manager could call me back. I had to hang up on her in which she started calling my phone back to back until I answered. All she said was a demand for my info which I refused but explained that I no longer wanted to discuss this with managers there. The one yesterday yelling at me was more than enough for me. So it would be great if I knew when I could reach you assuming you may need my info for the refund.
I use to live in Pacolet and we would order from here almost every week. It's been a while since I had food from here. I've always thought they had the best Chinese food out there. So I live in Mayo now and they are 30 mins away from here. Bc I had always been happy with coming here I thought it would be worth the drive to get some food for the night. It's Thursday and we call in our order. 2 large sweet/sour chicken, 1 large white rice and 1 large house special fried rice without onions. I can't eat anything with onions. We drive over there to pick up our order, get back home after another 30 mins and everything is there except for the house special fried rice without onions. I call them and tell them what happened and they say I have to come back and pick it up or they can refund me the money. I asked if they would meet me halfway but that was a hard no. So bc I really wanted it at this point, we drive back over there to get it. Now when I called I spoke to 2 different people, 1 being a manager and told both people that it's not to have onions in it several times each. They say ok. I get there, pick it up, the girl gives me $5 back and that was cool. I thought well atleast they gave me that so I can let it go and not be mad or upset. I get home and would you believe it had onions in it. Now I'm mad. More than mad. 2 hours on the road for them to still mess it up twice. And this time when I call for a refund they have the nerve to say they need the food back before they would give me a refund. Like are you seriously joking right now? And let me mention that the chicken was overcooked so it wasn't good at all. I spent $40 for this food and this is how they want to do business. I was a life long customer but I would rather eat dog food than to ever waste my time and money on a place like this. Absolute joke for a Chinese restaurant....

When I get it home and begin to eat the chicken, I quickly realize something is not right. The chicken was way over cooked, to the point where I couldn't chew it or even stick my fork through it. I was surprised because they were always on point. My girlfriend called them to see if they would do anything. The lady who answered the phone only offered $2 off our next meal after dropping $20 on uneatable chicken. She talked to someone else, and a man got on the phone. He was blunt and said "Bring me my food back, I'll refund you your money, or I'll give you $3 off your next order." Did not offer to recook the food at all during the brief conversation. I was willing to drive back up there, to exchange it with a freshly cooked meal, but he was not hearing any details or anything we had to say. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food, but I am even more disappointed in the customer service of this restaurant.
