Tonight I decided to stop and grab dinner for tonight at Subway 2199-A Southport Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29306. While waiting to be served the lady behind the counter is telling her coworker about cheese being in the cold cut meat and picking it out at the same time. While not once deciding to acknowledge or assist in taking my order she then wipes around the container, wipes the cutting board and empties the tash container that hold food, paper and all. She then ask can I help you. I told her yes but can you change your gloves. She then ask me"What is wrong with my gloves"? I asked is there a problem in changing them because I did not want her to fix my sandwich with the same contaminated gloves she had been cleaning with? Still continuing to ask why she should change her gloves I then ask for her name and if she was the manager and she stated "Yes(Jessica). I told her that was ok I would just call with my complaint about the situation. I don't think that I should have to spend my hard earned money anywhere with anyone who is nasty and rude. Read moreHave repeatedly had speed of service and accuracy issues with this Subway. Due to the location being so close to my home, it's getting one star. I placed an order on the app today and the app said the order would be ready at 1:45. I get there to pick it up in drive thru at 1:45. One of the Subway employees was outside talking with the customer who was in front of me who had already placed her order. She was talking to them before I arrived and talked to them for 5-10 minutes longer. By the time I finally was able to get to the drive thru window to pick up my order it was now 2:00. I waited for 5 minutes before the gentleman apologized for the wait and said they were slammed. I wonder why they were slammed. And then, after all that the order was wrong. I will be driving 15 minutes out of my way to eat at the Fernwood Drive location from now on. Read moreEdit: trying to add another review but it won't let me. This subway has there drivethru process all messed up. Instead of them having you pull up for them to take your order, wait on them to take your order then wait on them to give you a total then make your food, it would make sense to take the order while at the speaker that way the customer won't have to wait longer and the employees won't have such a long line at the drive thru. I have went through this Subway drive-through many times where they have sometimes forgotten to put Chipotle sauce on my sandwich or salad. I believe the cause to that is you have your Chipotle sauce listed at the top of your order form which makes it easier to forget when that you are making the sandwiches and salads because your other sauces are listed at the bottom of...
