So I went in today after seeing an idea on the internet to make something for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift, I had a list of things I wanted to buy, a gentleman asked me if he could help me with something and I showed him what I was trying to do, he patiently listened, understood what I exactly needed, and then he went above and beyond to help me pick a right leather piece for my needs, and then all the tools to go with it, even what color dye and grommets would go with the leather I picked, and he did not try to sell me anything expensive, he tried to find me the biggest piece(all are priced same). He gave me his expert inputs on how to get to the finished product in the picture I showed him, if I had just bought all the things I had on my list I would have paid twice the money. I called on the phone to get some general information about leather crafting, as I was trying to pick out a present for someone else (I personally know very little about it). April stayed on the phone with me and talked me through all the different options, helped me identify what would make a good craft project, and handpicked the best pieces at the best prices. They never try to send you away with something you don't want, and I always end up with more than I went in for because of the wonderful recommendations from the friendly staff. Teresa was very helpful to me and several other customers who came into the store while I was there.
