We had Bad meat and had to return it. We bought the meat not even 2 hours prior because we wanted to BBQ. We took the meat with us because we didn't want spoiled meat in our house and wanted to make sure we showed proof of the spoiled meat. Manager was called and had the nerve to say 'I don't know what you might have done to it since you took it from the store.' Ma'am we know you are the manager and are trying to cover your ass and protect your store but if you had read the receipt, you would know that it was purchased that day not even 2 hours previously. She then made some noise that if it happens again, to not bring the meat back and they will just issue a refund. This was after saying she didn't know what we did when we left the store. heavy eye roll we got our refund and noticed the price was off so we questioned what happened. At this point the cashier who did the return tells the manager, that if anything, "we overpaid them." Sorry but there is no over paying for spoiled meat, making us excited about our night, before having to return to the store for a refund, having to go to another store to get good meat and realizing the refund was incorrect and dealing with shitty, and unprofessional attitudes on top of it. Please be grateful for my patience. Wouldn't have minded just putting the dry pasta back in the box if there wasn't leaking raw meat thrown in without one of the deli plastic bags. The raw meat was placed with my fruit and bread and completely smashed my bread. Speaking of the fruit, the raspberries were moldy and leaking. I understand that not everything will be in stock but so much of my order was refunded. I am SO glad I made sure that I had all of my items that I was charged for BECAUSE I WAS MISSING 11 OF THE ITEMS THEY "FOUND." I would have been charged for items I didn't receive if I didn't take the time to check. That was more than 1/5 of my order, not including the refunded items.
