4/11/23....came at noon for a 1pm pickup....best I can figure they have about 4 whse in this location....this address 3 or 4 arentzen Blvd is where u want to go if ur picking up a load...there's a little white guardshack on the north corner of the blg...park in the street ...the guard came to me...there r docks on that blg but I picked up for walmart and I loaded at the blg across the street just past where I parked in front of the im guessing main blg...there's a small gravel lot back there by the docks..I staged there till a door opened....very small space back there esp if there r a couple of trucks waiting and the yard guy is coming and going with pre loaded or mt tlrs....anyway took about 3 hrs total...1st shift loaded me ...passed me off to 2nd shift for bills and seal...but apparently didn't tell the 2nd shift guy so I would have been done sooner if not for that...pulled around to the front of the blg after I got my bills and sat for about 10 min to get my 3 hrs back...I think if ur delivering u need to go to guttman Ave and check in with the guard there...I went there 1st and was sent around front...kinda confusing...busy main street but everyone was polite...

2yrs ago:An hour early arriving(2pm.) It is now 8pm and have heard nothing. The original excuse was "1st shift didnt do their job, and we are now way behind." I have a 3am delivery appt 220mi away(close to my farm), if they don't get me loaded soon, I will take the load home and charge them storage, til another appt for delivery can be scheduled.... Broker is currently beside themselves, since I already told them exactly what I will do. Oct 20th 2021: I arrived around 3:45pm. Was sent to the building across the street(Walmart frozen loads) 3 docks, tight getting around the building. Loaded quickly, within an hr. Still waiting on paperwork and seal though, for the past 20min.... They have improved since I was here 2yrs ago, by a lot. Still need some fine tuning... UPDATE: 5/6/22: I am at their other plant in N Charleroi, Pa on Rt.88. This place is the worst place I have been too in 22yrs OTR. Avoid this place like the plaque... I had a 10pm appt on the 5th. It is 6:35am and I am still sitting here, waiting to get in a dock. No restrooms....

Parknon street when arriving and walk up to the guard. He may walk to you. Loaded only 8 pallets here. They were pretty quick to load me within. 2 hours of arrival as I was about 2 hours early.. however the property is small and it is not ideal for 53 ft trailers and long hoods quite possibly any truck really. I had to go down and around the back to another building where the warehouse associate basically told me to nose up in some gravel, grass and mud against these dumpsters in order to get in the dock. I truly was never gonna get in otherwise. If I have to come back my rate for freight chargers will be significantly higher. The guard was also pretty rude when I tried to correct him about information displayed on the side...
