Rk Used Appliances — Local services in Spokane

This is the first review I have ever written on Google, and I am only doing so because I was in awe with how great I was treated here. This will always be the first store I go to for used appliances or appliance repair. I have bought 2 different washer/dryer sets and done one repair on a washing machine with these guys. The customer service I received went so far beyond what should be expected. I was talked through how to fix my washing machine over the phone, and when it was determined I needed a new part, they stayed open after closing time so that I had time to make it to the store. It absolutely blew my mind how much cheaper the prices at this store are than other used appliance stores. If you are considering updating appliances or getting one for the first time, you will regret going anywhere else but here. I could not be happier with my experiences. I had a shabby electronics shop fix my convection microwave for our RV back in Tucson. While cooking, the oven suddenly turned off, it was the same problem we faced before the original fix. I had planned on scrapping this oven and returning the motherboard that was replaced as the first shop refused to give us a refund. Thankfully, we stopped by RK and not only did they fix it, they wrote a note to my credit card company stating the first shop took me for a ride and didn't even fix the problem. I normally don’t feel the need to write reviews but this was the best experience I’ve ever had with appliance repair. We had our washer and dryer not working. We dropped them off at $35 a peice ($70 a piece if he came to us, which is still very reasonable compared to other places). He repaired them within 48 hours and gave us a call with the expected charge, which was $100 including the drop off fee.
