My mom and I LOVE Regards!! They have such a large collection of clothing and jewelry of all types and we always find SOMETHING we like, even if we're just there to browse! Lol (yes, it's come to that point where we even go there to browse without any particular occasions coming up). I started going there about a year ago, and I've since purchased a couple party saris, a gown (good for attending an Indian reception), a chania choli / lehenga outfit, a few casual kurtas (that I ended up taking with me on my trip to India and didn't even find items like that there!), and seriously like 10 pairs of jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bangles, kamarband, headpieces). I actually bought my jewelry set for my engagement here. My mom also bought some jewelry as presents for her coworkers and friends from here. They have jewelry that ranges from very traditional to very modern. My brother and dad bought their kurtas for my engagement from here too. I'll try to post pics once I gather them all (there are a lot). This is generally a well kept secret for me, I don't brag about this place to my friends because I want to selfishly keep it for myself lol. I also generally don't write reviews, but this place really deserves it. We go often because they are always getting new things, and we have serious FOMO (fear of missing out). Also, I will say quite plainly, the prices are great. I wouldn't be shopping here so much if I had to spend an arm and a leg to do it. Also the staff there is quite friendly (they recognize us and are familiar with my fam now). They expanded earlier this year so they have a whole store just for men now, and the original store has even more women's stuff. They have multiple sizes for each outfit, so just try on what works for you. They do not tailor, but the incremental spend still is worth it since the prices for the outfits are really reasonable. There are also no returns or refunds. Be forewarned, but I've never felt inclined to return anything lol.
It's definitely worth the visit and keep the place in mind when you have parties coming up. There are plenty of websites I look at to shop for Indian stuff as well, but this place is pretty convenient for us to get to so I like actually trying the things on before I buy.

Read moreThis is my second or third time visiting Regards. I was visiting from Chicago and took my husband because he wanted to buy me my karwa chauth gift. I have to say , I was more impressed this time with their selection . I've bought earrings from there before and love them , they are my favorite in my collection. All high quality. I've been to stores elsewhere andi absolutely felt that this store has better quality clothes and jewelry. The first lady that helped me was very nice and definitely has great customer service. Although I'm giving 5 stars do want to mention that the younger staff both at the main location and kids location ,although nice, wereof no help. If they see us struggling to find something, it would be nice if they helped to make the process faster. As someone that also owns a business I thought it was important the owners know this. We struggled a lot at the kids store ...webought 3 kids outfits and a men's outfit. ..we were trying to match an outfit of my sons to my husband's and mentioned it to the young girl ...but she was too busy deciding with another employee that came from the women's side about their lunch. I just wish she could have stepped out to help us find something....same goes for the girl in the women's side ...there was no help. The two older women , one in the jewelry section and the other on the floor were very nice. They allowed me to keep my stars to 5. Other than this, I'm very happy with the collection as well as the prices and will continue to refer...
Read moreRegards in Spotswood is my wife’s favorite shopping stop, so we are frequent visitors there. We are so impressed by the politeness and customer friendliness of the staff. But today we were utterly surprised by this lady, Manisha something (I don’t care her last name; she thought herself as Manisha Koirala or even better). She was so rude; lacked the basic skill to talk to customers. Any retail staff in Regards can easily handle 3-4 customers at same time, but this lady was stuck with the first one, and didn’t even look at us, the second customer. After a long wait, when we were asking her help, she was looking at her phone texting someone else to attend us. We had already started looking at some sarees, so she then came to us and asked us to pack the sarees back into the packets before leaving, as though we were employees and she was the boss! To avoid argument, when I said we will complain, she shouted back at us saying jise complain karna hai karlo!! For a moment, I thought - Wow.. Is this America? We told the manager on duty who immediately apologized and said he will talk, but I am not too hopeful as he seemed a little bit more defensive than what we expected. Perhaps I will not know whether Manisha maata is disciplined or goes scott free, but at least today Regards lost a customer to a competitor in Oak tree road. If this matters to anybody in Regards, they are free to check their cameras for 12 Jan...
