I LOVE Manhattan bagel. Fast service, very friendly staff, great coffee (I love the dark roast!!!) and awesome and quick pickup with the app.

I always order ahead using chownow and it is always waiting for me in the bag at the pickup. I don’t think I’ve ever waited for a bagel and I always order it before I leave to pick up (I’m 10 minutes away).

I have gone to quite a few bagel places around the area, and none of them compete with the taste, the convenience, there’s even parking right outside. It’s also really amazing value, I always make sure to tip plenty because they just do bagels right and fast and easy.

Gluten free bagels are also my primary purchase as I am coeliac. This place never makes me sick and is a reliable 10 min food pickup and pickmeup.

Trust me, if you’re in for a long day at the office, or you just feel like the day is crushing on to you, go get a bagel and coffee at Manhattan bagel and you’ll be happy within 15 minutes.

This place is also epic because if you don’t feel good, or just don’t like talking to people all the time, the self pickup doesn’t require any human interaction. You just walk in, your order is there waiting with your name clearly displayed. If you got coffee, a coffee cup is next to the order. Walk to the station, pour some coffee, put on a lid and walk out! The MANHATTAN BAGEL on SUMMERHILL ROAD in SPOTSWOOD, NJ is a 5-star spot to get bagels. This is without question my go to place for bagels from coast to coast. Although I live in Colorado I quite often visit my family back home in New Jersey, at which time I am always sure to buy as many bagels as I can fit in my bag. Actually, these bagels are pretty much why I purchased a stand up freezer, so that I could have bagels accessible where I am now. Even in Denver, the bagels I bought in a bagel shop (a shop which claims to have adjusted the mineral content of the water to make it match that of the water in New York), and in my opinion it wasn’t even a good attempt. To add to that the staff are an amazing group that treat me like family. The staff and owner all know and greet me by name when I arrive and not that it matters but, if you forgot my name after a year of not showing up, I would understand, yet that wasn’t the case. The staff they have on board are amazing, which includes MOISES, TINO, JESSI, ARA CELY, LALO, AND PINNA LISSE. I would recommend this bagel shop to anyone looking for good food and good service from good people.

I moved from NY to NJ and that was a hard transition for me and my family. But we had some friends over and I decided to get Manhattan Bagel to cater for my friends for breakfast. First and foremost, the people at Manhattan Bagel are the most polite and kind. Ayman made sure that my family and I are always welcomed and took his time to chat it up with him. Alls to say, he didn't make us feel as if we were just some customers looking for food. And he knew 98% of his customers by name and if he didn't, he would ask. Time for the bagels... AMAZING!!!!
