Farm Bureau Insurance — Local services in Spring City

What a refreshing change it was to sit down with an agent and have them go through the process with me to get my homeowners insurance changed. I was looking to change insurance companies because it is that time of the year to review the policies. My current policy actually doubled in price per month with no upgrade to the policy of course, I called them and they said somethings wrong with this, because the premium looks to be like you have a million dollar estate (which I don't, I have a comfortable cabin in the woods) . All of this was discussed via telephone...then i spoke with my MIL and it reminded me of when I was a child and my parents actually had insurance agents come by the house monthly to pick up premiums. They were like family friends. We always looked forward to seeing them. This is the way Jerome Hixon made me feel! This agent and his entire staff is one of those " six star" kinda places. Jeromy and his entire team are always willing to " go the extra mile" to help their customers and they make you feel like " one of the family members" . They are very honest and trustworthy people that do a great service for their customers while providing a much needed service to their community and the company that they represent. We all must have insurance and related items and it is very nice and pleasing to be able get these required items from a friendly staff with smiling faces and that makes all of our lives just a little easier which is a true blessing especially these days.
