So we went to eat about 330. We were then only people in the restaurant. We ordered our food. The waiter said they were cleaning the fryer and it would be about 10 minutes for the wings. Okay no problem. So 3 more sets of customers drift in after us. We had ordered cheese dip, we finished one bowl of chips, no cheese sauce. I had to ask for it. One table got their food. 45 minutes later, I asked when our food was ready to put it in togo boxes, because we had to go. They brought out the last table that had arrived, food as I was asking them to box up our food when it was ready. The waiter said I told you the wings would be delayed, and I said you could have brought us the rest of our food while we waited. He said, well you didn't say that, like I didnt say I wanted the cheese sauce while we were actually eating the chips. I have never eaten at a place where they held all your food until one item was ready. My husband said that was the first time he left a restaurant hungrier than when he got there. The food I ordered was sad looking when I got home and opened the box. We will never come here again. Also, if you talk to your new customers like you talk to the obvious regulars, maybe people would look to come back. Again, we won't come back, we can go to Ayalas or Dayton for much better food and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to eat here a ton when I lived in Spring City. I hadn't been in a couple years and I have to say, it truly went downhill. The staff used to be so friendly and I had become familiar with them. But, it's a completely unknown staff now who are not friendly at all. Mostly teenagers who like to stand around and talk to each other and barely acknowledge you. The food has also gone downhill. My sister ordered the fajita snacks (I always ordered it before) and it was so ridiculously salty, half of it went into the trash. My la hacienda salad wasn't too bad, but again with the ridiculous amount of salt. I can handle a lot of salt, but that dried my mouth out soooo badly. I wouldn't even let my dog eat it. Not worth the money we paid at all. I'm very disappointed because this was one of my favorite restaurants before I moved away. I would consider it again if the staff were trained in actual customer service and the food went back a few years in quality. Until then, 2...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI must say that the idea of a Mexican/Italian restaurant gave me some pause, but what my family and I ate was quite good. I ordered my standard Mexican meal, Chili Colorado. Amazingly it is only made with chicken or pork instead of the normal chunks of beef. It comes with rice and beans along with flour tortillas. There was quite a bit of chicken in the serving and the sauce was a little spicier than expected. The beans and rice were the typical bland offerings with three small flour tortillas. The chips and salsa served at the beginning were uninspiring, not enough salt on the chips and boring salsa. I will return and hope they start putting beef in their Chili Colorado. The place was clean and the service...
