This is the best pharmacy in Spring City. The staff is always efficient and friendly and service is quick.

That being said, when picking up my mother's medication today, a staff member completely ignored my father and walked away after he asked for the prescription. When she did help him, she was rude. I've never had any other issues but this is a highly important medicine that she has to have and having such a bad time trying to get it from a place we rely on leaves a bad impression.

I hope this situation is handled appropriately so next time we can pick up her medication without any trouble, I'd hate to switch pharmacies because of bad...

I absolutely love this small town pharmacy. Previously our insurance required we use Walgreens and we had to wait over an hour inside or drive through line just to pick up a prescription that was ready to pick up. Spring City pharmacy is always easily available. I can run by on my lunch break to pick up prescriptions and be in and out within 10 minutes.
