I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service that I received here at Joseph A banks. I went here on a Thursday afternoon in need of a beautiful suit thinking that I probably couldn't afford a suit here, and thinking that it would be out of my range. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Linda who is extremely kind and very understanding of the situation that I was in she immediately took time out of her day to not only show me some things that would be within a price range that I could afford but she put me into a beautiful suit and had a custom-tailored for me by the next day! And since I had a funeral to attend and it was extremely important that I look good for this funeral. Linda went out of her way to make sure that I looked outstanding and to find me something that would work well. I can say that I was not only impressed with her wonderful customer service knowledge experience but her genuine care for a person who is in need and pain. Not only did they meet my expectations for price but they exceeded my expectations for exceptional customer service and care and made me feel like one of their own family. Linda and her team are exceptional and I can't say enough about them if you want to look great and you need a custom suit you need to head in there. You could go to any big box retailer and get a suit that makes you look okay. But for a few more dollars you can look exceptionally! So if you want to look outstanding and you need great customer service and care this is your place to go. Was in on a Thursday got my son fitted with shirt, shoes, and slacks. Didn't have his size in shoe and the color of slacks he wanted. Was told would get the in from another store so I could come back in on Saturday to get everything at that point. With my suit, shirt, 2 ties another dress shirt my shoes, a belt. So when I was there Saturday his stuff still wasn't there. So I purchased everything else except his slacks and shoes, because they where stll not there. And told when they come in I would be called. Now it is the following Thursday and I call to find out that no one knows what I'm talking about, can't find the order ticket that was made and what happened to it. But I did get a polite apology. We had a great experience with this particular store! I can't remember the names of the ladies (and one gentleman) we worked with but they were all super helpful! I know we did work with the manager several times and also a female employee who has worked at this store for quite some time and is very experienced. From helping us with styling, sizing, alterations, and last minute changes, the staff were amazing. I even sent my dad and brother to the store for their wedding attire!
