Suburban Bowlerama — Local services in York Township

From the beginning I seen additude with one of thier employees when we walked in. We got our games and tickets. Then my nephew which is 10 years old went up am asked if they could put the bumpers up for them( the same employee who gave additude the minute we walked in). Anyways the man put his hand in my nephews face. Didn't touch him but almost did. I asked for a manager and they said there wasn't a manager here today. I understand if you are busy or overwhelmed. But my nephew was upset and you dont do that to a child. You wouldn't want someone to do that to your child. I will not bring my nieces and nephews back here never again.

Update: To the owner who responded to my review worried about the bumpers and not how your employee treats kids and customers. The bumpers weren't a big deal it was your employee. I don't know the employees name beings they don't have name tags. But the man behind the counter with long hair. And not to mention on how unprofessional it was that they kept talking about it to everyone and pointing at us. Which i could care less but very unperfessional. I am a boss at my job and would never act like this. My family has ownee and ran skating rinks for yearsand this would never happen in our establishments!!!! This is certainly not a kid friendly place. You will not get any of my buisness and i will not recommend anyone to go bowling here. Especially if you have kids. Money wasted at...

Came in with my 3 daughters, we had fun bowling, although super disappointed in the service at the food area. Went to order food asked what comes on the funky chicken wrap the guy said “I don’t know” I’m thinking we’ll shouldn’t you go ask someone. Instead of being rude I just said ok we’ll I’m picky so can I have that plain with fried chicken cheese and bbq sauce. He says Yupp. I also ordered a blt with Mayo and a bucket of fries I specifically asked if I can have bbq and ketchup with the fries as well. Food comes out, no Mayo on sandwich no bbq on wrap and no bbq with fries. I go ask can I have a side of Mayo and bbq a lady comes up gives me mayo but says I can’t have bbq because it doesn’t come with the wrap ranch does and they would need to charge. So your telling me you want me pay again because the guy working has no clue what he is doing. I already paid 40 dollars for a wrap sandwich and fries and requested 3 sides of bbq. Maybe I’m over thinking but it’s not my fault the guy didn’t put bbq on the bill and he obviously didn’t no bbq didn’t come with the wrap. Needs more training or a new job. Just highly rude an unprofessional I just walked away and finished bowling. We might come back but won’t be...

Worst alley I've ever been to. Rude, unhelpful, uncooperative staff, unwilling to assist handicapped customers. When I asked about children's bowling balls, they directed me to the women's locker area, which didn't have any. I went back to the desk, explained that due to arthritis in my hands, I needed a lighter ball ... they demanded a $25 cash deposit for a kids ball, then brought 1 out with the smallest drilled holes possible. I left there in so much pain from using a ball that was too heavy. The concessions stand was more of the same, generally rude and unhelpful ... oh, and don't even think of paying with a credit card if your total is under $10. Add to that, the online reservations and in-house automated scoring systems weren't working properly either. I won't go back, and I can't recommend this...
