I order from here about every day, every day that I have to work I will stop to pick up a smoothie before I head to my long shifts. I spend about five minutes here in total each day, the team there is absolutely wonderful to talk to. They always get my order right I have never once had an issue of any kind with anything that I order whether it be food or a smoothie
They are all extremely inviting making you feel like you are walking into a family members home instead of a café. I highly recommend this location to family and friends. Thankfully this location is close to home and on my way to work so it’s easy to stop in and still get to work on time.
There is never a huge line or too many people waiting for their items the service here is fast, professional, and one of a kind. I have been going to this location now for about eight months and I don’t plan to stop anytime soon

Read moreI always go to the tropical smoothie cafe on Market st. Almost every day and actually, so I love the smoothies and the food. Every now and then I'll go to the one on queen st, its close to my job! Well this store has absolutely the worse service I've seen in a long time, and that goes for every employee Ive dealt with, probably atleast 5 different people. I get the same smoothie everytime and for some reason 70% of the time its made wrong!! There is no way the the owner on queens also owns market st cus its no where near as friendly as Market st. I usually never leave comments. But this is ridiculous and I truly think the owner should clear house and hire new people even the managment!!! They need to have training on customer service at 2 of the York locations. 1st review Did an online order and walk in to get my food and smoothie. 3 workers no one speaks or acknowledges you. The one employee just rolls her eyes as she places orders down and dumps smoothies in the cup. I realize it’s my order that’s she done with. No one calls orders out I just have to look at the receipt to find my order to get it. The date is 9/24 at 2:10 pm. If that narrows down the workers.
