I took a bracelet in for repair. Mr Adams said they could fix the clasp. I was ok to pay the 89 dollars or whatever it took to fix it. It came back with the clasp not properly catching on both settings, only one. I patiently waited while they took it back to their repair person...it came back still not fully clasping on the catch. $1300 bracelet and all Mr Adams had was excuses for the quality even after I showed him that it still was not properly clasping. His family name on the line for this bad quality and he was like, I can take it back ‘if you want’...the piece they replaced, they made too fat. It was Fat the first time, it was Fat the second time. Instead of insisting on letting him fix it until he got it right, he was ok letting that bad quality go out the door. With that level of service I can’t see how he retains customers. I did not press him for time while he had the bracelet. I did not call the store nagging on when it would be done...I have him all the time he needed. If he sublets out his repair work, he is still responsible for the oversight of the repair work because his name is on it. I could have given him back the bracelet to fix but it didn’t appear they knew what they were doing and another attempt might have broken it or other, as they clearly didn’t care about quality the first time not second...I would not recommend them for anything but a customer...

Me and my now fiancé went to him three maybe five times looking at the same two rings before we finally made a decision. When pricing was an issue, he showed us all the options and gave us multiple payment plans that would work best for us. And I love how he remembers us every time we walk in his doors. If we ever need anything sizing or repairs wise. Him and his team are just one phone call away ready to assist. And his repairs are finished in a timely fashion.
