New York jewelers — Local services in Spring Hill

Well, I spent LOTS AND LOTS of money in that store. EVERY PIECE OF JEWELRY BROKE. Owner insists it's my fault. Stone just fell out of ring, 4 necklaces, chains just decide to break and fall off as I'm standing or sitting. Bracelet, 3 times it had to be repaired. Overpriced, and the clasps on all necklaces and bracelets are cheap cheap cheap.

I finally just read your answer. "I LOST THE STONES"?. You don't think for a bracelet that I wore maybe 4 times a month in a timeframe of less than a year is normal? I Don't sleep with it on. I just took ALL of the jewlery,watches, rings, I purchased from you to 3 Jewlers and 3 pawn shops. NOT ONE PLACE EVEN WANTED ONE PIECE. They have been locked away for 2 years in my jewelry holder. What the hell, I thought we were friends Kim? Please don't blame the quality of your products, and constant repais on new jewlery on me and your customers. All that money, and I'm in a very bad financial situation due to medical problems. Your jewelry was my last resort. I just now called 5 more pawn/jewelers in my area. You know, Boca, Delray, Hollywood, not a one said to come in. They weren't interested. Thank you very much because now, I truly know what it feels like to be mislead.

Do NOT buy from the this jeweler! My husband walked into New York jeweler for a V-day present. The diamond earring’s were cloudy , look cheap and not made with quality material. I went the very next day after v-day to the store to return them and she would not let me return them, even though I had receipt in hand . The receipt states no special order refund. It does not state no refund just on special orders! This was not a special order. He walked in and purchased them. I have the receipt pictured below. I spoke with the owner Kim and she out right lied to me . I had the receipt she stated all her merchandise is special ordered if it was in the cabinet . I explained to her that a special order is special made for that person. These diamond earrings were sitting in a case and not A special order .
