Spring Park Boat Ramp — Local services in Spring Park

All boat launches on lake Minnetonka are busy, but users at this one seem to keep things moving. Ramp is wide enough to launch three boats at the same time if users back in correctly. Very limited parking right at the ramp. There is public parking about a block away at the Hennepin County Public Works facility with spots for quite a few vehicles with trailers as well as a few car only designated...

Some dude from Supreme Marine was using two spots and taking their sweet time folding stuff, putting ropes away while there were people wanting to get into the launch to take boat out.. pretty rude.. But the launch is a great launch usually, just the perfect depth and slope. And usually three people can pull and and also launch at the same time... except when some Jack Pine blocks...

Enjoy the day fishing docs could be closer to the boat ramp that's only downfall not made for small fishing boats could use ladders from docks because docks are so high out of the water also could use tie offs on docks very hard to tie off small fishing boat when alone when wanting to park...
