Went the other day and got the in house made substrate for bearded dragons and crickets the whole time the young lady was great while helping us but the manager by what she said was being disrespectful with a negative tone in his voice as if he didn’t want to be there anytime we had a question she was always great to answer but the gentlemen was pushing us to the side probably thinking we weren’t planning on buying anything but his attitude changed a bit when he saw we were going to spend almost $100 at his business. Today I called asking some questing but instead yet again was pushed to the side and asked to send messages to the phone number provided and I would be assisted shortly unfortunately it’s been 10 hours and I’ve never gotten a response back. I called another local pet store and got a response right away on an item that didn’t even belong to their business probably planning on never going back to shop for my bearded dragon there again. P.S. their substrate produced a lot of humidity even after 4 days of purchasing and has yet to decrece the humidity in his tank even...

Honest, friendly, and educated staff! This small business has fish, invertebrates, reptiles, amphibians, feeders, and all the supplies you need for them. Everything is a reasonable price, top quality, and a variety of great supplies. The owner, Sean, is very knowledgeable in what he does and will answer any question you have. He has trusted and reliable breeders that produce healthy, high quality animals. All animals are healthy and happy with proper housing and food, not something you see often in other pet stores! I bought an adult male crested gecko from them in 2020 after seeing how other chain stores like Petco or Petsmart had overpriced poor quality supplies, while also having poor breeders for animals, neglecting the proper care, and not being educated on any animals, especially exotic animals they had in stock (frogs, geckos, lizards, turtles, etc). We came in to purchase a corn snake for my son (13yo). It’s his first pet reptile and I don’t have personal experience caring for a snake. Sean was incredibly helpful with guiding us to pick the right snake and making sure we we set up for success. He walked us through everything we needed and ensured we understood how to use it properly (heating mat, hide, etc. He provided contact info so that once we set up our enclosure we could send pics to get feedback and help, further ensuring the snake would be well cared for.

We ended up with some questions about the temperature and received a timely response that was both helpful and reassuring.
