Casa de Oro (Spring Valley) has a clear winner with Ayumi Sushi. and we are delighted with our discovery. We have been to the restaurant twice and it has been open for less than a month. We ordered takeout of two crunchy rolls and teriyaki chicken (total less than $40 with tax and tip). We were overwhelmed by the taste, quality and price. The crunchy rolls are currently priced at $9.95. Wow! Everything on their menu is reasonably priced. Our next visit our party of three ordered iced tea, hot green tea, cashew chicken, two orders of crunchy rolls, and two Bento boxes of teriyaki chicken, which included a green salad, rice (steamed or fried), edamame, with side items to choice: mine were egg rolls (2 - delicious), and soup (miso and egg drop for us - both were exceptional). We ordered a lot of food because we wanted to try so much. We arrived just before 11am, and soon 3 other parties were seated nearby. We were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm, our orders were taken promptly and the employees were attentive throughout our meal. Parking is ample. We...
Read moreI’m a big lover of sushi and always finding myself traveling far to enjoy quality sushi. I’m so happy that this place has opened up right near us! We ordered 6-7 rolls and all were unique in their own ways and we ended up spending about $95 for everything and they have a promotion for a free drink! The spring valley roll was very refreshing with the mango salsa on top! The shogun had the chili oil on top and made it super delicious. I would definitely come back for the sushi.. next time we stop by, we’ll try the salt and pepper chicken wings!
The workers were lovely and super patient with us and super kind and we tipped as much as we did! It’s newly renovated and is very beautiful inside. Prices are very reasonable compared to a lot of these sushi spots serving low quality cuts of fish. Place is clean, fish taste fresh, and flavors are there.
ps - I think WAY better...

The use a house tempura flour on the their tempura shrimp and it shows. The tempura was very crispy and delicious. The shrimp were tender and tasty. The tempura shrimp were good eating with the tempura sauce that came on the side. I recommend these.
The salmon cut roll was good. The quality of the salmon was decent and the rolls were very tasty. I loved the side of real wasabe root and the tradition paste, too. They were both great. The ahi tuna sashimi was very good. It was good eating by itself and or with the provided sauces. The tuna was clean and fresh.
The service was most excellent. It was attentive and very sweet. There's plenty of parking. They also offer a...
