From start to finish this was a fantastic group to work with. My grandmother and I were searching various stores for a mid century modern dining table, and we stumbled across Discount Mid Century Modern on the drive from another store. Despite not having an appointment we were welcomed in and given tons of attention and care. They had a phenomenal selection of items to choose from, and every person we talked to was excited about sharing what they knew. We found a lovely piece that we bought as is instead of fully restored by them, but they happily shared tips and tricks for loving it. If I have room in the budget I would definitely go to them for restoration. They were conscientious of my budget and offered to do a delivery with one person instead of 2 for a lower rate if I helped which was perfect for me then showed up with 2 people to deliver the items which had to be partially disassembled to fit through my row home door all in the 100 degree heat. Let me start by saying Jeff and his team (shoutout to Patty!) at Discount MCM are absolutely fantastic. I challenge you to find cooler, more down-to-earth, and more passionate people. Quick answer: you won’t! Jeff knows his stuff, and is clearly super into everything MCM and it shows!

The selection is excellent, and I’m sure Jeff could find you anything you’re looking for if you want something specific. They have furniture to the rafters and get new stuff in all the time. Plus they do restorations in house, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality you’re getting.

The best experience I have ever had purchasing furniture! My sister and I decided to take a trip to the warehouse after doing a quick google search for an MCM furniture store in the area. When we stopped in, we didn’t realize we needed an appointment but Jeff was able to get us in anyway. He was so kind and knowledgeable. You could really tell he was passionate about the work he does. This experience was nothing like going to a big name furniture store. Frankly, I find the salespeople at big name furniture stores, pushy and annoying. Our interaction with Jeff was the complete opposite. I ended up purchasing a credenza for my sister as a housewarming gift. A week later we were gifted a table that needed refinishing. Jeff refinished the table for us at a reasonable price and was able to deliver the table with the credenza. Both pieces came today and they are beautiful!
