I know this place has a three star but I have to say that it was a five star today. I was very impressed by the staff and how they presented themselves and took care of their guests, especially a staff member by the name of Jake. I took my 3 year old son to this park for the first time and he was ready to jump in right from the tour. The first staff member we met introduced us to the facility and informed us of all the rules and the waiver involved. He also informed us of the safe areas for children under a certain height and where to go when I'm not jumping with my son. After our tour we paid and signed up for one hour and that's all we needed. My son was like a kid in a candy store with a sugar rush that wouldn't quit. He was all over the place and he has never climbed so high or been around so many people jumping around. This was his first time on a Trampoline and he had an entire park. We went in the middle of a Friday and it was fairly empty which is a great time to be in there. Any time in the middle of the week is best (if you can). There are less people and the people who are there are more aware of whose around them and are kind about jumping. My son played everywhere but he spent most of his time with Jake in the little kids area. I was being a dad and trying too hard to get my son to jump in correctly without throwing him in but I did anyway and Jake stopped me. He then took over and started showing my son a better way to jump into the square pit which is not a Trampoline but a pit of soft square bricks that you jump in. Jake built a brick house with him and got him to fully jump into the pit with his own two feet. I was a proud father at the moment and amazed by Jake's professionalism and that he was like a day care attendant at the same time a life safer. The park has air bags for everyone else to jump into, plenty of Trampolines space in the middle, two Trampoline dodge ball areas, and a Trampoline basketball dunking area. This place also plays great music. This place was fun and great for a workout and the customer service was better than expected and after reading some of the reviews I'm glad I went any way. I think too many people are crowding this facility (like dumping your kids off on Friday and Saturday nights) and that might be why people are having such a bad experience. But if you plan a head and go during a time that is a little more calm I think you'll the amazing service I saw today. Great job Flight Trampoline and...
Read moreI did not have a great experience to start and I gave 4 stars ONLY because of Ezra, he is and was amazining. I am not sure if he is the Manager or GM but he is a true model of what a Manager should be professional and very attentive. We started off not very happy as we wanted to get tickets to the Winter Bash when we went to purchase it gave an option for Friday and Saturday so that was confusing.... We purchased for Saturday thinking there would be face painting etc as it stated in the invite NOPE. I spoke with the young lady who was the GM as the Manager that came out to help act like she did not want to talk to me. Well the GM explained face painting and other things were extra but it did not state that in the invite. Anywho, she gave us glow sticks apologize to me and that was that!!!(wow) then I asked her why things were not open for the kids as it was very, very crowded she stated her staff rotates, well my 6 year old was not very happy about that. I waited 45 min for one slide it never opened. I came out and asked for a manager the same young lady came out and immediately went to get Ezra, wish I knew her name because her Customer Service skills are terrible she should not be in a Mgmnt roll if she does not want to deal with people or complaints. Ezra came to the RESCUE he was very professional I let him know I had waited 45 minutes as I was told your staff rotated each slide/area but 45 minutes? He immediately walk to the floor with me asked which area my daughter wanted to be at and had someone standing around that worked there get on it immediately, then instructed them after so many minutes to go to XYZ slide. He came over about 15minutes later to check on us! That is customer service no excuses or I'm sorr with nothing behind it. I live in Woodbridge we do not attend the SKYZone there because of the service and the area in general Flight Park was going to be added to the list. Just an FYI if something is an additional cost that should be noted in the email or on the website still not sure what we paid $35 for???...... Because of EZRA my friend and I left feeling like we were heard. It was a busy night but EZRA was on it and taking care of Customers with ease and a smile all night, he was very professional. If he is not the GM he...
Read moreAlthough our son likes the venue and itâs clean and offers great entertainment for wide age ranges this bad review is related to a recent birthday part we hosted with this location. They advertise their packages as stress free experience for parents because the staff will take care of everything, however, it was anything but that. It started with the checking process which was very chaotic and they had the wrong start time for our party although we paid for extra jump time. We also paid extra to reserve a specific room since we are a large party but it was not done and I had to correct during check in. They also had a mistake with my sons name which was never corrected, although, I called multiple times prior to the party to confirm the details. We ordered party favors through the venue but they provided insufficient amount and 2 of our guests had to leave without them as apparently they didnât have enough onsite. They also ran out of golden tickets which was part of the gift for the guest of honor at the end of the party. The last straw was that at the end of the party some of our guests couldnât find their shoes as there was some confusion with the shoe bin they used. It took multiple attempts to draw someoneâs attention to the matter. Because of the chaos with the shoes the party ended somewhat abruptly and the host was standing at the door in the midst of us taking goodbye with our guest asking us to pay which was very uncomfortable. There should be another way to arrange for the payment and wait till everyone leaves. In the week prior to the party I communicated with the venue over the phone to finalize details and place food orders but it seems the personnel doesnât communicate among each other or lacks training as it took multiple checks on my side before and during the party to make things were ordered as planned and things were still not done right. Overall, this was a very stressful experience for us as the hosting parents and we feel we paid a high price for service that was completely lacking. We hope that the kids attending had fun and did not notice...
