Read full owner tries to cover with response. In my opinion this is your typical buy here pay here car lot. A lot of the cars have issues they will attempt to fix once they have you in the car but itll take them a few days and theyll just want you to bring the car back. They will repo your car very quickly if you're late more than a few times. The mechanic told me its available for repo after 2 day once you've used your only 3 day grace period. They will have a tracker on the car like most places. The owner is hard to deal with and talk to at times. He def. has a im the boss attitude. If he doesnt like what you have to say or gets mad at you, he will become unprofessional. You can see for yourself by his responses to other reviews he didnt like so much. What you see is what your going to get from him. his wife that is the secretary is very professional. Even when I came in upset with my situation she kept it very professional and i even apologized to her for being so mad. Sometimes they will be closed well before their business hours are done. They have a drop box for payments when they are not there. The mechanic I don't know about. He seems to act like he knows it all but as I was picking up my car that had been repoed due to late payments a few times (I totally take responsibility for that) I lied to the mechanic on purpose just to see if he knew what he was talking about and he completely didn't. The mechanic also proceeded to explain to me that once you're on the bad side of Shawn (the owner) he is out to get you and will take your car at first chance. His exact words were you don't mess with the boss if you like your car. Obviously I had a bad experience with this company and wouldn't recommend them but if your in need of a car and wanna try them out by all means go see what you think and if you like it buy it. Edit after owners reply(nice try bub. U are just proving my point and making yourself look worse for anyone reading the review. No matter what you say or how much personal business you try to put out on people you're still a terrible car lot. I won't go back and forth with you. You never came to the shop to talk to us about it and had your wife do all your talking so i wont try to talk with you now. I gave an honest review and you know it. I admitted I had some late payments but I also had early payments that didn't mean anything. You are in business to repo cars to resell to make double and triple the money. Anyone can come to your lot and look at the cars themselves and they will understand completely what I said. You guys have have a wonderful time trying to do everything as cheap and dirty as possible. Your wife and receptionist is pretty cool and professional. You should be more like her and you wouldn't get such bad reviews from the people that not only on your good side lol. Great job making yourself look worse and proving my point smart guy lol. I'm glad I never called you smart for real. P.s. I didn't get on here when it got repoed. I got on here when I paid it off so you couldn't sell it again a few months before we would have had it paid off. Also i would never say you had a good company. I did say we were wrong as i stated in my review. I'm sorry you don't like the truth. I only stated my opinion and what I have of you mechanic saying while I recorded our conversation outside for 30 minutes after I apologized to you wife for being upset again as I also stated in my honest review. You're only making yourself and you business look bad by validating my points. Please have a nice day and say what nice things you can to show how professional you are with your customers privacy. You can bring up peoples former habbits and try to talk about how much they spend on your cars to try to improve them all you want but it juat make you look more unprofessional and proves your very spiteful to your customers if you dont like what they say. Hopefully this review helps many people and thank you for helping out Shawn. I don't think I really needed it but all the help showing people what i mean was...

First I will say this , the disrespect shown to my 80 year old veteran father was unreal. Let me elaborate. My father on a fixed income was able to gather together enough funds to purchase a used car outright. We found a suitable vehicle online at hot wheels llc. Set a time to look at it and off we went . All is well so far we arrive at the lot and see the car in question . A 2005 Cadillac Devil .. my folks don't drive much anymore my father has bad hips so comfort is key. We test drove it it ran fine .. after processing paperwork the car would not start .. click click click. My emediate reaction was we just gave a cashiers check to a dealer who sold us a car that we can't even leave with. I was panicked my father saved for this and we can't even take it with us.. the lady processing the paperwork was the wife of the owner . I sensed she was as concerned as I was. The emediately sent a repair guy back to help start the car. somewhat panicked I told the lady if the car can't or won't start I will seek a refund. It became emediately apparent when talking to her husband Shawn he had no Intention of entertaining that idea. Stating he felt my father must have killed the car waiting in it. What a joke .. this man was so sleazy I was stunned... he was obnoxious and rude to my father and was very angry with us that we had the audacity to raise our concerns at all.This guy was every bad car buying nightmare rolled into one . My father seeing where this was headed as Shawn suggested calling the police to have us removed. (Without a car ) played the voice of reason. As I was starting to lose it. He simply asked that the battery issue be dealt with and it was. We were able to drive away. If the car works out fantastic.. I hope it does for my father's sake. Shawn from hot wheels llc has not even blip of concern for the well bieng of his buyers. None.. Do not risk it if you do and things so south even within hours he will hang you out to dry 100% this is not a reasonable man, integrity and backing the product will not be part of your purchase...

This was by far the greatest experience I've ever had at any dealership, new or used.... Never have I dealt with a dealer that was so honest and up front never the less the owner himself... When I told Shawn I needed a good reliable vehicle for my mother and law wife and four year old daughter he was boldly honest about some of the vehicle I was interested in, told me about his concerns and history of the vehicle it was so simple and hassel free that I don't even feel like I was at a car dealer I feel like I was talking to a friend.. The end result is my family being safe and secure in a vehicle I'm confident is reliable as well as beautiful. But mostly and absolutely worth the time and money. Not only did he save us money but put my family in one of the nicest cars on his lot... Allot of nice vehicle's to choose from, and he gives you considerate time and listens to every detail of your needs, thank you Shawn for one of the most worry free pleasant experiences I've had.. But mostly for the honest hassle free communication.. We now have a beautiful dependable vehicle..I tell everyone who reads this that no car dealer around can compare to there professional friendly ,fast, service. An uncomparable selection of vehicle's and simple payment options his business is people, not cars!. Thank again Shawn I'll send everyone I know to you sir....
