This place is the worst in Springfield!!!!!! They are dirty, nasty, and they steal from the poor!

They used to be located on Ash and 11th street and still the same owner! They moved locations and changed their name, but why.

They used to have a closed kitchen at their old location, why?

They had a open kitchen at this location on15th when they opened but have since choose to stack shelving box so high that you can't see in the kitchen, them cooking, or boxing up the food why?

Because this place is gross 🤢🤮

No hair nets, no hats, no gloves. I walk in the other day and seen a older taller black man smoking a dam cigarette over the fryers!!!!! Right afterwards I seen a employee come straight in from outside and grab food out from out the fryer basket using his dirty bare hands and then proceeds to box it up!!!! After seeing those things i left and called the health department asap. I couldn't believe what I seen and still don't.

The health department went in there and instead of fixing the issues, they stacked boxes and shelving in the way....still no gloves and no hats or hair nets

If you had a established business for years, why move and change your name????? Must of made a bad name for themselves and now they are trying to rebrand.

You guys are thrives who steal from the poor. You are known for over changing link and even charging people tax on link, which I against the law! I will be calling the state about that next week. Now they have a policy you cant use a link card twice in a row, im pretty sure that is against the law and their agreement with the state!

Dont do business at this nasty place, if you do pay attention to everything I said and you will see yourself!

Make sure you total is right because they will charge you more on purpose, thrives!

WORST RESTAURANT IN SPRINGFIELD I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN 37...

As long as the staff is someone from the neighborhood, things run smoothly, but as soon as one of the owners try to take over, things get rough. They tend to do things backwards or disorganize what’s organized. I called in my order, they AWAYS tell you 10min even though it takes 20/30 minutes for your food to be ready. I was waiting for my 20 piece wings to be done. I heard the timer go off, but the Arabic guy was taking an order on the phone, the guy in the kitchen put my chicken together, I was just waiting for my fries. Everything was ready, all I needed is for my food to be bagged and given to me. Dude on the phone completed taking the order but told the people on the phone to hold on to hole he messed around with the register. I had to yell back to the cook to bag my order so I could go. My food was paid for so there was no need for me to wait. I don’t like my time wasted because I can never get it back. An extra 10 minutes of my time...

Was delivering mail several blocks down from this place, it was my first time on that route, and it smelled so good from that far away. Finally reached the place on my route and decided to circle back for my lunch. Got the 5-piece fried fish, which came with fries, and I got a couple of their deserts, to go with, and it lived up to expectations. The portions were much larger than I expected, which was a happy surprise. I don't know what the desert is called, it was something I've never seen done with grapes before, but I really, really liked it and will come back for more.

And it's a family-owned and operated business so it's nice knowing the money stays in the community instead of being siphoned to some corporate bigwig several...
