Terrible customer service! They haven't even built a customer base as the 3 times I have been here there are only 1 or 2 customers here. I had to bring back a coconut which was full of mold. Mind you I brought the entire thing back, wrapper, straw, juice, coconut with mold...so, you could tell wasn't eaten. I was excited to have them here, now go away ...if you treat your customers badly, they won't come back and they WILL make certain to tell others. You should be trying to get and keep customers rather than turn them off and push them away. You will end up short lived in Springfield Ohio with this tactic. I love Adasa and go to both stores, Limestone more because they have a great restaurant. Long live Adasa! I will post...

Came here for my birthday today n REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.... I got my burrito n they forgot to put the steak in my burrito, when it came back the steak fell out of it everywhere n noticed it was black and burned.
