This place has became a joke and they lie so much!!!!! Every time I go here there is a problem. The owner of Tim Hortons gave me two coupons for a free any size beverage. I used one about a month ago. I ordered one large coffee with two cream and 10 Tim bits. Today I go to use the other coupon (which is my second attempt to use it) and the lady didn’t know how to ring it up. Then she told me it’s because you can only use it on a small or medium. When I explain to her, the coupon said any size, she told me to pull around. Then the MANAGER handed me a medium size coffee. When I said oh, so I’m only gonna get a medium. The MANAGER LIED and told me that was a large. Then showed me a small and said that was a medium!!! They like to lie at this location. The last time I went to this location I ordered a bagel belt sandwich and a free large coffee. I was told it would be cheaper if I ordered the meal, which made no sense to me when I was only paying for a sandwich. But I told them that was fine and if I was going to get the meal, I would like to drink in the hash brown with it. My total was $11. How is paying $11 cheaper than just getting the sandwich? I left without anything. That’s why I still had the coupon that I used today. I won’t be going back. There is a new coffee place coming to Springfield and I cannot wait for them to get here. Hopefully they have better service and workers...

Went here on may 2nd (Friday) paid with my card, younger lady at the window her name is catlin d gave me my food said to have a great day and didn’t give my card back probably my fault for not realizing, later I go back and a guy is there and looked everywhere for my card couldn’t find it and so then the girl that helped me that morning comes walking in with her kids and he asks her about it and she walks behind the counter and says oh yes I have it, long story short I go to the store afterwards my card gets declined so I call the bank and wouldn’t you know I had a fraudulent charge on my card for 400 dollars that same day that this employee didn’t hand my card back, now I have to get a new card and wait 10 days to have a debit card for my account again. Read morePlaced an order of several items online using a delivery service app. There was a delay with that order, fine. Then Tim Hortons confirmed that order. Once the designated delivery driver arrived to pickup my order, my delivery driver contacted me to let me know that as per Tim Hortons staff their “tablet was not working”. They “completed my order” after and it was delivered to our home. It was not complete. Only a few items that were ordered made it to us. A whole box of a dozen donuts was not even given, which was one of the items missing. After that we attempted to call the location and it goes straight to “voicemail”, which you cannot leave a voicemail by the way. The lobby is closed. Only the drive-thru is open. Thankfully, the delivery service was kind enough to refund us for the missing items but this experience with this location was awful.
