Firehouse Subs W. North Ave. — Restaurant in Springfield

Every other time we have been to this location of Firehouse Subs, tha women working the counter and Team have been awesome. She is very mindful and attentive of the customers orders. The gentlemen and the Team working on 12 May 2025 at 5:00 should not be allowed to make customer sandwiches. My cajun chicken sandwich has about 4 pieces of chicken on a medium, and has more onions then anything else. Next time, we will not be tippy anything, and we won't until the food, and subsequent service improves. If it doesn't, just another restaurant in Springfield we won't be going to. We don't work to support local business, just to be rip me off. It's just not...

Good lord, help this store! Only customer in there, ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, no onion ( there is also no onion listed on my order). The girl making my sub, with her stringy hair hanging over my food, puts onion on my sub because she was too busy talking to her boyfriend who walked in. I cannot eat onions! I also ordered a unsweetened tea, you guessed it! I got a sweet tea, after the guy taking my order even repeated this to the person getting my drink! Gave my name for my order, they spelled it pagy. There is not 2 brain cells to rub together between the 3 of them! Never going to that store again, sorry! Too many mistakes with one customer...

I went through their "drive thru" and downloaded their app from the QR code on the instruction sign. When I opened the app it asked permission to determine my location. I agreed (selecting the app could do this only when I was using it). It then displayed the location of this Firehouse Subs and said it was CLOSED. I pulled up to the open drive-thru window. The manager was standing there and I asked if they were open (she responded yes they were). I then showed her what the app kept displaying (CLOSED).
