We wanted trail cams from my brother who has Down's syndrome. He loves coyotes and we have a pack who frequently pass though our backyard. Because my brother has poor eyesight (even with glasses) we needed a camera with a decent picture quality. But we also wanted something that was easy to use and intuitive. And we wanted to stay within a certain price range; we weren't looking for the cheapest, but didn't need something super high tech.
My techie son found these cameras on the Trailcampro website, but I still had some questions. I emailed them on a Sunday evening and there was already a response, from Trailcampro, waiting for me Monday morning, answering all my questions. After that email exchange I thought of another question and emailed them again. They responded back within a couple of hours. We decided to go with the 2 pack camera deal (Gardepro T5NG Non-Cellular)
By Monday afternoon all my questions were answered and I placed an order that evening. Their website was easy to navigate and the checkout process went smoothly. The cameras arrived on Thursday! From answering my questions via email, ordering, and shipping the entire process took just 4 days.
We set up one camera already (and wrapped the other for my brother to open on Christmas day), and have captured some terrific video footage and photos of backyard birds. We are very impressed with the quality. No coyotes yet, but we are ready for when they pass through again.
Very impressed with Trailcampro and their advice to get the Gardepro T5NG (Non-Cellular). These cameras fit our needs perfectly and checked all the boxes. We are impressed with their quick and informative responses via email and their quick response to getting orders shipped out.

Read moreTrailCamPro was fabulous as always! The Browning Spec Ops Elite camera has been great in some ways but quirky in others. I have had severe problems with this camera in the past. Four of these cameras that I had received directly from Browning have had bugs where they would get into an error state while recording a video early in a deployment, then sit idly draining the fully charged external battery to zero. To Browning's credit, I returned the cameras, they were able to replicate the problem, and they replaced the cameras (the first time with new Spec Ops Elite cameras that had the same issue, and the second time with Patriot cameras that had worse video and audio quality). I was not able to find a camera that looked better than the Spec Ops Elite, so I took a leap of faith and purchased another one, this time from TrailCamPro. That camera has been deployed for a few months and has been flawless. I recently purchased another Spec Ops Elite, and one week in, the camera is just as flawless. The video and audio quality are superb. However, I don't recommend using the "Smart IR" feature, as you might end up with...
Read moreTrailcampro has been my GoTo store for trail cameras for almost 10 years. Why? Their website is simple to navigate and taught me all I needed to know to get the right cams for my use. The detailed testing for Trailcampro's reviews gives me a level of confidence over and above claims made by the manufacturer. The additional year of warranty is icing on the cake, as is the fact that warranty issues are handled by Trailcampro. I have always been able to contact someone easily over the phone if I have a question. I recently ordered my first cellular cam. I started reading about them, but it was too much info. I called TCP and in a few minutes I had everything I needed to know for my use and ordered the camera suggested. It has been...
